The front desk staff was very friendly. There is a big parking place for free on just 4 minutes walking distance. The hotel room is very suitable to accomodate a 4 persons family. Shower is good and clean.
Good buffet breakfast and dinner. Rooms ok, nothing fancy.

Excellent hotel, polite & cooperating staff always eager to help. Restaurant was very good, food quality is excellent and buffet had many options to choose from, during breakfast as well as lunch/dinner times. Overall very well managed facility. Without a doubt highly recommend it.

Very much enjoyed the hotel. The employees did an amazing job when asking for support and the rooms are super clean and big! Its a little outside of the city center but there is a train station around the corner

The rooms were really good! They were large and clean. The staff was awesome and helpful. The breakfast was good, too, and fresh. At first the breakfast seemed to have an exorbitant price, but its quality made it reasonable. The room was at a reasonable price.

We knew about the location. Don't get me wrong. Great neighborhood and good connection. Just a bit far. No restaurant in the hotel and breakfast was more expensive than I had hoped. ALL in all we had a great stay.

Very convenient hotel, awesome experience, small detail: the couch was very uncomfortable, so we had 1 full bed, 1 couch for 2 people, these 2 people had very bad nights, + the pillows were horrible as well, they compressed until you were sleeping with almost nothing at all
All 5 stars hotel if you visit Munich with your family. We booked one of their apartment rooms with fully equipped kitchenette which was a savor travelling with a toddler. Room was neat and clean and gave us a luxurious experience. Add to these the free parking. It is just 20 minutes drive from Munich center and in a quite neighbourhood, and close to supermarkets.
Convenient location close to S3 line station. Quiet room though no charm. Beds and pillows weren't very comfortable in our standard bedroom. Bathroom was small with very noisy door and poor isolation to the room.
Great price for what you get. We got a non smoking room but we still smelled smoke which was kind of a bummer. The rooms are clean and modern. And we loved that they have underground parking. Location is great, not too far from Munich with the car.
It is a very nice and newly renovated small hotel. The rooms are spacious and well equipped (towels, cofee machine, tv, wifi). The bed is really convenient and large. Parking - there are 2 parking place: outside and in the garage. In the garage you could use your room card to open the gate. Just be careful since the entrance is quite narrow so make sure that you check both sides of your car after you open the gate. Very nice hotel. The room was very spacious, clean, well equipped. The breakfast was simple and tasty, nicely served. The personell was friendly. We were satisfied with our intermediate stop on our trip to the South.
Good-sized room, amenities all included. The staff was very helpful in accommodating my late check-in. The breakfast was full and varied. The walk from the S-Bahn wasn't my favorite, but also not super far. The traffic from the road was a bit noisy despite being in a quite area.

Rooms are furnished typically bavarian - old school hunting style. They were spacious and quite. Breakfast was very poor, therefore 3 stars.

The hotel is Unterhaching outside Munich city. The nearest train station is 10 minutes by walk. There is free parking lot. Room is large, clean and comfortable with small kitchen. However, kitchen ware is not in the room. It's at reception with fee. Breakfast is served on the gtound floor. It's very good. Reasonable price.

We stayed in a family room, with space for 4 adults, and a kitchen. The place had a lot of space, the beds were confortable and the bedding super clean. It was super easy and fast to check-in and out.

Stayed one night in the hotel at the Hachinger Bach. Everything worked out great. Breakfast was ordered a day in advance and could then be eaten either in the room or in the breakfast room, at a distance. I slept wonderfully 👍
From booking to on-site service, everything worked out wonderfully. The reception is not always manned. Due to a traffic jam, we arrived 1 hour later than advertised. But it wasn't a problem - thank God! We could then check in without any problems and pay straight away, so nothing stood in the way of a departure on Sunday, as the reception was not manned at that time. We (family) stayed in an apartment in the Hotel Am Hachinger Bach for 3 months. We felt very comfortable. The hotel is on a rural corner (Neubiberg) right on the brook and yet very close to Munich. The hotel staff was very friendly and nice. All wishes are fulfilled. Attention is paid to cleanliness. The rooms are nicely furnished. We are happy to recommend the hotel to others.
