They probably forgot to clean the bathroom, but the guy in reception was very friendly and he cleaned the bathroom for us.

Great place to stay. They did just go through a name change but this was an amazing stay in my favorite city!

The staff was nice, however, the property is very outdated. We came during Oktoberfest so it was extremely expensive and not worth what we paid, but it was one of the more affordable options. I would only recommend this as a budget option if absolutely needed. It was clean and efficient. We did have to carry our bags up the stairs which was inconvenient.

Check in was good. The part was we were at the front of the Hotel and the Parking Lot is nosier most of the night.

My stay was for Oktoberfest with my family. We were able to travel cheaply to Munich, however, the accommodation was inadequate, and the extra bed for three adults was unacceptable; a regular bed with a 90cm mattress could easily fit.
It was very noisy at night; I heard loud shouting from boys and couldn't really get a good night's sleep.

Nice location and easy to get into the main centre. The rooms are very basic which is fine but I wasn’t impressed that we paid for 3 rooms with kitchenettes and only 1 of them actually had a kitchenette. Then the kitchenette we did have didn’t have any facilities for cooking…no pans, no toaster, no kettle. Was pointless having it and was a bit a shame considering they had stopped serving breakfast in the restaurant for September. We booked this place originally because we thought it would be easy to sort breakfast before heading into the town. Also the lady on the desk was quite difficult when it came to checking in and was reluctant to help/provide any extra amenities. Overall it did the job for our stay and was clean.

Kitchenette met my needs. Climbing stairs is something to think about for sure when staying here. Staff fantastic, extremely helpful and knowledgeable.

No kitchen( but we had paid for it), no fridge, no AC, no fan,no elevator, very loud construction going on behind our bedroom window , daily from 5 am until 9:30 pm.we checked out 1 day early. A refund for 1 day from ******* for our bad experience would be appreciated. Thank you

Bad experience!
Bad neighborhood, unfriendly staff and next door to a construction site. Horrible experience. We left the hotel 1 day earlier than planned. When complaining about noise which started at 06.00, we were told it was not their problem and that was the answer to everything else. This noise will probably last for at least a year.
