Hotel Fresh INN in Unterhaching

Bad experience!
Bad neighborhood, unfriendly staff and next door to a construction site. Horrible experience. We left the hotel 1 day earlier than planned. When complaining about noise which started at 06.00, we were told it was not their problem and that was the answer to everything else. This noise will probably last for at least a year.

Property is difficult to navigate hallways and stairs with no lift for heavy luggage, a potential fire hazard due to lack of fire escape exits, there is no fan in room for hot summer weather and noise insulation is poor, bring ear plugs.

Let's say this really wasn't my cup of tea. Normally I'd say I was very disappointed but the sweet lady at the makeshift reception said I couldn't say that, so here goes, not my cup of tea. Didn't like the surroundings, didn't like the fact that reception closes at 15:30 and after that you are left to figure it out on your own, didn't like the fact that there's no lift and especially didn't like the fact that the kitchette is devoid of anything useful, apart from a fridge, no cutlery, no glasses, no plates (you get the drift). Admittedly, over 2 and a half months prior to our stay, they had sent an email about this, but time passed and it slipped my mind. Still, it doesn't make sense to have to rent a kitchen kit for the kitchenette. Why would one rent an appartment with a completely empty kitchen??
The place could do with a good cleaning and a new mattress.
Needless to say, we won't be back.

We had booked an apartment with kitchen but was given a double room. We did not have any water provided. This was a heating dealing.
