Hotel Arte Vida in Spremberg

I rate the Restaurant, not the Hotel.
We were on 26.12 there. Had booked because of the Christmas time time, and wanted us to meet in a larger group for a relaxed Christmas dinner.

Unfortunately, the evening was punctuated again and again by unpleasant moments.

Ambience: relaxed atmosphere, décor and Details are consistent.

Drinks:
The beer has been partially served fully a scarf at the table.
Absinthe was served without the usual addition of water and sugar.

Food:
The taste has a good to moderate. Warm dishes were sometimes served lukewarm/cold. Presentation was absolutely thrown carelessly and then. For the price I felt the main dishes ok, and the appetizers/side dishes to be inappropriate.

Operation:
Some very long wait times and, in my view, understandable because the Restaurant was temporarily full, but also to solve the better.
Operation seemed generally overwhelmed, stressed, and disinterested.
Operation is not brought without a demand 4cl instead of 2cl, wherein 4cl once in the map. Since the operation, no agreement could be reached, was raised the issue again with the owner. The conversation ended, meaning that it is at the discretion of the operation what the guests are served. For me absolutely not understandable.

Conclusion:
Even if not everything was bad, especially through the Service or dealing with the customer, I have no desire to this restaurant again.
