Nearly all facilities in the SPA area were not working. ☹️
The breakfast buffet has a really good variety.
Breakfast is the same as other hotels in Germany, nothing special.
Great rooms! Nice sauna, sadly steam wasn't working! Generally they are very good with perks like the robot at the door with water and bonbons! :) It's an excellent breakfast and nice staff generally.
2 comments: the air smells too stuffy at the entrance of the hotel from inside.
I'd have loved to have a jacuzzi in the wellness experience and also not to have it open at 14:00 -22:00 (ie extend opening times)
