Room is newly renovated. Clean and quiet, yet still inside the city. Price is unbeatable for its location.

The price is cheap and the basic facilities are available.

Very small room, hardly any storage space. Newly renovated and therefore still clean, but uncomfortable. The bed is high, which is good. No chair, no hairdryer. Odd-numbered rooms face the street, which is busy and noisy around the clock.
The staff feels no responsibility for anything. Although the hotel sends emails about automated check-in, the machine is broken, and you still have to pick up the key from the neighboring hotel around the corner.
Behind the hotel is a ghost street and office buildings. It's better to walk towards Louisenplatz. Restaurants, kiosks, and cafes are within walking distance.

I booked a room to stay for two days during a work trip. I arrived at 1130 at night and was told that the room was overbooked and I needed to find a different place to stay, even though I sent a confirmation email the day before. After 2 weeks, I am still trying to get my money back.

The room hygiene was good but it wasn’t big as we thought and the view outside is not the best but in general it’s in a good conditions

The room is good. The hotel is being renovated so it is an inconvenience to stay there at the moment. The breakfast was very good. The receptionist who handled my check in at the next door hotel was very polite and professional. I don’t appreciate that some fire detectors at the hotel are covered for renovations, this is not safe.

Although the facilities need to be improved, the price is affordable and the front desk service is thoughtful!

This is a self-service hotel, so you may have to check in at a machine in the entrance, before the inner door can be opened. (We were fortunate to have a member of staff there to help us). The rooms cannot be viewed before booking, but our room was fine. The shower tray drained very slowly, but otherwise everything was OK. Housekeeping is available by email request the night before. You can also get extra towels etc. from the housekeeper when you see her in the corridor. The hotel is in a great location for walking and for public transport around Darmstadt.
