Clean, comfortable, and well-maintained hotel with spacious areas and tasteful decoration.
The breakfast was very good, the bed extremely comfortable, and the room quiet, making the stay very pleasant.

Great room and bathroom amenities. It was easy to check in through the terminal when arriving late. The room was clean, cool, and just what I needed on a late Sunday night. Breakfast was basic, but more than enough to start the day. I liked that the smaller selection helped reduce waste. I would have loved to see some croissants, though.

Very cozy and convenient hotel. Well placed near Darmstadt main train station. Staff is incredible kind and professional. All services you need in a hotel are here with high quality. Highly recommended for business travels (this was my case).

It’s the second time that my friend has travelled there for work and both times they had trouble checking in and weren’t able to use their machine, truly UNACCEPTABLE. They called reception and no one answered the phone, which forced them to have to book another hotel. Never coming here again and don’t recommend to anyone.

We stayed here twice during our Eurotrip (both ways) to rest for the night. The bookings, the check ins were both smooth and flexible tailoring it to our needs (and not to some policy). The rooms
were clean and QUIET, beds are very comfortable! It is pet friendly as well so this place was a huge win for us!
The staff are nice and very helpful (even the grumpy guy smiled at me in the end)!

This is just a good hotel. No frills, but that means nothing not needed. Everything you look for is there. The staff at reception and at breakfast are better than most staffs. I've been here twice, and when I'm back to Darmstadt, there will be a third time.

comfortable mattresses, curtains that close the window very well and you can sleep well. the entrance for the car is not convenient, first you need to register and then get the code for the barrier, during this time you need to leave the car somewhere. the room is small but the furniture is conveniently located.
