A more-than-basic hotel but sparse in general. Set back from the main street it is quiet, and sits above a parking garage (which we never heard anything from in the hotel). The lobby is quite sterile and customer service is formal and polite but not particularly warm or welcoming or friendly. Room was a very good size and comfortable for a 2-night stay. Seem to be more business travelers and it was quiet for sleeping. Convenient to walk to several cafes and restaurants. While there was nothing "wrong" with this stay, I think we'd look for something more charming or personable/friendly for a subsequent stay.

This is my fourth or fifth time staying here overnight the last year.
Centrally located and ideal whilst visiting the city
Surrounded by great cafes, bars and restaurants.
Staff at the hotel are always courteous and with a smile, nothing ever seems too much.
I came to put my cases in early on my previous visit, and they very kindly advised that they had my room ready which was glorious after an early morning flight to be able to rest for a while before settling in to my holiday.

Central location, always a good stopover

1. Ctrip is rubbish. I forgot to order breakfast and said I would lose money. It’s not surprising. I changed my booking.
2. The hotel is very poor. There are many steps and it is difficult to carry luggage.
3. The hotel service is very poor and the receipt cannot be printed.

A very good Hotel in Darmstadt. Something "hidden" in the upper floor of a Parking garage/commercial building. Beautiful, large rooms - Very friendly Service - Great Breakfast buffet....everything is perfect! Free coffee/tea around the clock and a free refreshment on the room. Hotel-own Parking spaces in the underground garage directly. At night it is absolutely quiet and yet centrally located. The perfect Hotel for your stay in Darmstadt.

Nice and very friendly staff.
Rooms are tidy. The bathroom is small.
Breakfast is good and rich in every way.

But: The surrounding is not the best - you literally stay in a car park. The hotel interior is somewhat outdated.
