First of all, during check-in, they couldn’t find my reservation and seemed quite confused, which caused a significant delay. Right in front of the main entrance, guests were constantly gathered smoking, so every time I went in and out, the smell of cigarettes was very unpleasant. None of the staff properly guided them to a designated smoking area.
The breakfast (€18) was very poor, consisting of cheap ham, sausages, and wilted salads. There was no egg station either.
The rooftop pool was open, but the water was so cold that it was unusable. When I went back in the evening, the water was warmer, but it was too crowded to use.
Additionally, when I made the reservation, I mentioned that it was my wife’s birthday and expected something like champagne or a fruit basket, as some hotels provide for special occasions. However, there was nothing. When I asked the front desk just in case, they said they do offer such services but were unaware of my request. Very nice staff. We were allowed to check in very early. No charge if you are a member of Best Western which is free. That was awesome after flying all night. The hotel was a little tough to find but that’s only because we were unfamiliar with the area. The hotel is very quiet and clean rooms. Bed was comfy and I love my own blanket. Parking was very easy and plenty of space. The pool looked amazing. Too cold for me. Had a few beers at the bar. Very good and bar staff was very nice. Room is not as cold as I would like but doable. Would definitely stay again.

I was put in this hotel by Lufthansa due to an over booked flight. The rooms are spacious and clean. The bathroom was spotless with fresh linen all around. The rooms don't have a smart tv, so you're stuck with the channels that they have. The breakfast was really good, it is not limited to the usual cold cuts that you generally get in German hotels, but also had hot foods starting from pancakes to all kinds of eggs and grilled sausage.
The reception did screw up my cab to the airport, but I believe that was more of a screw up by the cab company.
I did not pay for this room, but this would be worth the price for anything from 50 to 70 euros per night.

I stayed at this hotel for 4 nights during a work trip and had a very disappointing experience. The internet connection was extremely poor, and despite raising the issue every day, no action was taken to resolve it. Additionally, there was no room cleaning service throughout my stay, even after I specifically requested it. These issues made my stay quite frustrating, and I cannot recommend this hotel. The rooms are confy and the location is good if you are there for work.

A great hotel but ruined by the attitude of the staff on the reception. When I checked out they could not give me an invoice, I have asked for one several times. They also charged me for unsing the mini bar but I never touched it. The guys running the reception must be running a scam I'm sure.

Just had a 9 night stay at this hotel. I liked the breakfast and the breakfast staff. There’s also a fridge in the room and ample storage. But unless you like having no internet and a noisy, hot room just don’t do it. The “soap” in the shower is terrible. Pool was closed. The restaurant was closed during dinner for 100% of my stay. But there’s a bar with food. On my last night I went down to the bar at 6:50 pm to get dinner to-go. It was 25 minutes before a hotel employee entered the bar to take my order. I wish that were an exaggeration but it’s not. Many people were waiting. The bartender proceeded to tell me what I could and could not order. He said “this is too much for you, only get one” because I wanted to try two things on the menu. When I insisted he said “if you’re still hungry I’ll give you a banana or something.” I should mention that I’m mixed race and the man offered to give me a banana?!?!? Needless to say I was speechless. I got the one item he ALLOWED me to order and left the bar in disbelief. I have to return to Germany many times over the next year. I will not be staying at this hotel.
