The room comfort is actually just three stars: the bathrooms offer just very basic comfort, the beds are also not really the standard I'd like to sleep every night in, and the curtains are much too light. Very convenient place for long-distance travelers on a highway. It is just a minute away from it. There are usually free rooms, even without earlier booking. Excellent clean rooms and service in reception. Food in restaurant is good. Very good drink menu in bar and good quality drinks. Only bad things are limited english language in restaurant service and limited opening times in lounge bar.

Very nice Hotel. The room was very clean, fully carpeted and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was also very good. The only downside was that there was no fridge in the room and the parking lot was very small so I had to park my car down the street. Good value for money.

We stayed there this weekend with two couples we knew. We felt so comfortable. The owners, Emin and Dagmar Ayyildiz, are so welcoming; we've rarely experienced such hospitality. We loved the Mediterranean ambiance, the fantastic, lovingly prepared dishes, the cozy rooms, and the boules court with the beautiful sun terrace. We spontaneously spent a night at the hotel and were very satisfied. The location is fantastic, the rooms were lovely, and the sauna is also excellent (it only takes an hour to reach the right temperature). We also really enjoyed the breakfast. I can highly recommend it. The butterfly farm, Lake Steinhude, and many lovely restaurants are all nearby.

A very nice little B&B hotel. The room was modernly furnished with a small balcony. It's in a quiet location by the park, and a short walk to the lake. The breakfast buffet was delicious with a wide selection. We felt completely at ease.

My father and sister booked a large room here for my daughter's christening; it was recommended to me. Breakfast was excellent, and so was the room. The location is truly fantastic, practically on the promenade (a 2-minute walk). It's right next to the Scheunenviertel (Barn Quarter), where you can also enjoy a relaxing coffee. Simple hotel that is very close to the Steinhuder Meer. Everything was clean, the room was unfortunately very badly soundproofed, you could even hear people snoring in the next room. As a hotelier, not only was this a very pleasant surprise in a most scenic location - everything was absolutely superb - from the food to the service, well-appointed rooms - and would love to explore more during the summer season. I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train. Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. The wheelchair adapted room was the best we've ever had : flat entrance from carpark to reception, lift, adjustable bed (but not the overall height) , flat wetroom, rise&fall basin, toilet same height as the wheelchair seat, height adjustable mirrors...

I know this hotel well, stayed there for several months as a guest once years back and routinely return for work in the area. They didn't have any of my previous visits or details upon arrival. It changed hands apparently and all old data lost. I don't think change of ownership has helped it. It has become a boring, bland, corporate-type hotel with no redeeming features at all. There was a nice feel to this hotel. It felt homely with it's creaky wooden stairs and beautiful bannister; when we came in late at night and let ourselves in through the big door with a key and crept up the stairs to our room so we didn't disturb any others, it felt like coming home! I'm still a guest in this hotel, and it's amazing, very close to everything, walking distance from the historical center. I recomend strongly this hotel.

I didn't like the room. It was very cold, and it took ages to get warm water in the shower. The dining/breakfast room had its charm, though.

Super clean and comfortable hotel with a superb location. Also very quiet for a peaceful nights' sleep. However, there was no safe or tea making facilities in the room (I'm British so maybe not a German habit?). Two main negatives - the toiletpaper was very rough (presumably because it's cheap) and the breakfast buffet had no fresh fruit, just a bowl of tinned fruit which seemed very old fashioned...

Centrally Located The Hotel is in an excellent location . The room in the the Hotel was clean, comfortable and spacious. the Staff were friendly and helpful. Miserable receptionist Nice hotel in the centre of Hameln, can be outside noise late evening. Good breakfast buffet style. I have stayed there three times and most staff are pleasant and helpful however one receptionist was unhelpful and miserable appeared not to understand English,otherwise have no complaints.

We stayed for a week. Hotel Wifi is unstable (disconnected frequently) and unfortunately the mobile network is also poor due to the room's location. We all have faced the same issue. When we complained at reception, she responded that she also faces the same issue in her computer. Until the good wifi is not re-established, I would recommend not to book the rooms.

An old building beautifully renovated. The rooms are lovely, very clean, and well-equipped. Breakfast is perfectly organized in cooperation with a bakery just a 2-minute walk away.

Yes, this property is dated.... BUT it's spotlessly clean, massive sized room and big comfy beds slept so well. Located in a quiet area but easy stroll to shops, restaurants & bars. The owner was helpful and friendly. We'd definitely recommend staying here especially for the price and would return. Thank you.

A Great room and hotel in a great lace. Michael is a great help and being English helped a lot. Overall a little gem of a hotel in a beautiful town.

Very central in Hamelin, great location. Superb restaurant across the road called Ambrosia. This is a very dated hotel that appears a bit weird on arrival, yet it was perfectly comfortable for one night. Huge bed and well appointed room that's presented very well and very clean. Large bathroom with a good warm shower, again very clean. Pillows were a bit flat and useless unfortunately. Reasonable breakfast...
