Google search "Hotel in Herrenhausen" and the first picture you will see is the fountain and gardens at the Herrenhausen palace. You might think this is where the hotel is located - WRONG!! the hotel is a dumpy building in the Herrenhausen are of Hannover. There a many creepy people hanging out on the street with lots of cigarette smoke. The hotel manager refused to allow me to cancel my reservation after I discovered my mistake. They even charged me for the 2nd night even though I only stayed there one night. The manager was rude and unprofessional. Do Not Stay Here.

The staff very welcoming and helpful, the hotel is quiet and good location lots of essential shops walking distance, the room is very clean and the bed is very comfortable.

I stop here frequently when traveling north of Prague. For us, a family of 4, it is perfect. For a reasonable price we can use almost an entire floor (two separate rooms and two bathrooms). Much less expensive than a traditional brand hotel.

Hello dear Google Hotel finder, I visit at least 2-3 times in a year in the Hanover family, it was up to now in other Hotels and now I've finally found 'THE' Hotel for me, my Kids and my dog, no Problem at All!!! Also for larger groups, there is, accordingly, accommodation is housed completely separated in different rooms. The Highlight is then the next Morning, the absolute Breakfast buffet!!! All fresh fruit & vegetables, plenty of choice of cold meats,cheese,jams and cereals, fresh bread and rolls, fried or scrambled eggs, also good if you don't like sausage! What can I say, I'm already looking forward to next time and I drive almost 500KM. Of course, must not forget in spite of all this, the staff is very nice also in case of possible change of schedule or a transfer. Also, the house staff is super and very accommodating. Thank you

I'm not happy with stay in this hotel. I came here for 3 weeks, where we have the booking was a month in advance and at the very beginning, I learned that the hotel is full and they would move to other rooms that a few days. Do not know how many times. My first room was without bathroom, because this was in the corridor to which they had access to people with two other rooms. After three days I was transferred to another room, where it turned out that after joining spi there is some kind of face. I again moved and I don't know if I can unpack the suitcase, because at any moment can be moved again... as the Internet - Yes, free, but only at the reception, in the rooms of such a weak signal that it is probably better to keep it, maybe people would be less nervous. After reporting this fact, I received the answer that it depends on the weather (weird, because the sun is shining and the Internet is not), the next application the next day I was told that probably too many guests use the Internet, and so I have in the room. I asked the neighbors from the room next - do not have, or constantly disconnects. I've been in several hotels in the city, but this is the worst and would not recommend it to anyone :(

From the outside, rather "unimpressive", I was surprised by the Hotel real. The room was very ok, mattress very new and good. Cleanliness is "1". The best but the Breakfast buffet - for the price (9€), a super power. In addition to lots of fruits and vegetables (which I always put great value) cheese, artichokes, fresh salmon, nud much more. I will definitely bookmark!
Small suggestion: The room doors adjusting time, can only with difficulty quietly close bad, if you want to at night awaken no one!
EDIT: Oh, what I forgot: Free Wifi without login page, Proxy, or Filter. Double-plus!

Good price and good location next to the U-bahne and the gardens. Center only 10 min away with the train.
Has a little outside area with tables you can use and a fridge where you can put your food if needed. We stayed in the apartment which was very spacious, but smelled on some word air refresher. Free parking and some of the personal speaks English. All in all good stay and relaxing atmosphere
