Overall expetience was good. Check in was easy, but the bathroom was dirty with hairs all over the floor when I got there. Reception made sure I could have another room as they said it was too late to get someone to clean. The second room was clean - rooms overall are basic but clean. There is no conditioner, only a combined body/face wash/shampoo. Bottle of water was provided in the room. Breakfast was really good considering it was included in the price of the room!

Worst hotel I have stayed in for quite a while. The rooms are tiny with two single beds put together rather than a double bed. No air conditioning and opening the window meant smoke coming in from people outside. The hand soap, shower gel and tissues had all run out and the floor was not clean. The tap sent water everywhere because it had not been descaled for ages. No power socket anywhere near the bed. Car park clearly too small. Beds fairly comfortable though and breakfast was decent (though tablecloth had several stains).

The rooms where verden nice as well was the services. Nice and cozy restaurant, good food in the evening and breakfast buffet.

Stayed here for 2 weeks due to work, OK stay but the room I had was not clean. Spiderweb in the roofs and it smells sewer in the bathroom. Had to move the bed, because I lost something under it. It was clearly many moths since it was cleaned there.

Helpful staff and good rooms. Parking is all right and conveniently located. They offer a good breakfast here! Location wise, you would be situated behind the Celle train station, which you will have to pass in order to get to the historical city centre with the castle and everything else. If you like to walk, then this will be perfectly manageable on foot. However otherwise, you might consider taking tour vehicle to one of the central parking lots which are not overpriced. Taxi service is good and you might want to drop off at the 'Stechbahn', which is the former knight tournaments place in front of the big church. Castle and historical city easily reached from there. Nice, clean and friendly place. Location is great. Paying 5 Euro per day parking is a bummer...but overall great experience.
