I found this truly special hotel by pure happenstance. The online presence left me with questions, so I called. The owner was able to send me pictures of the room, and answer all of my questions so I blindly booked. I was completely pleased when I arrived to fresh clean IKEA-style rooms. The staff was extremely kind, and the spa level provided much-needed relaxation. The raw vegan food was absolutely delicious, and a treat to experience. I enjoyed the ginger and lemon tea with dinner. I felt welcomed and embraced. This was a truly wonderful way to spend the New Year! I highly recommend this understated family-run hotel to you, knowing that you will find magic in the mountains. 🏔️

Such a lovely place in one of Germanys underrated forest gems. The Harz Forest is a beautiful place to relax and refuel at all times of the year. The hotel is a small family Business. Very unpretentious, cosy and lovely people. The food is very healthy and always fresh and almost everything is homemade. Perfect place to reconnect with yourself and nature and refuel with healthy food, yoga, massages, Wellness and fasting.

This was a cherry on the (vegan) cake of our holliday. Next time we stay longer. This family hotel is very friendly and the service is really good. Never had a hotel with this much services. We enjoy the swimming pool, sauna, massage, dinner, breakfast and room

My stay at naturkost hotel was very inspiring. I didn’t know raw (vegan) food could be this tasty and provide so much energy. I really enjoyed the breakfast and dinner with creative recipes such as raw “frikandellen”. Beware though that the breakfast is not 100% raw, but still has plenty of delicious raw puddings, crackers, spreads, smoothies and of course fresh fruits and vegetables. The lunch package was more basic, it contained whole fruits, vegetables and nuts. But also flaxseed crackers and dried fruits. It was more than enough and left us feeling full satisfied and energetic! We will definitely return.

Clean simple friendly hotel, one star here is far superior to what you'd expect anywhere else. Yes, the decor's a bit dated, but perfectly good. Breakfast was good, usual fare provided. Lovely visit.

We are excited. The search for vegan hotels where you don't have to worry about anything has turned out to be difficult in Germany, but everything was right here. The 100% vegan breakfast is great and not even that good in the hip Hamburger Cafe around the corner. Changing warm dishes, lots of homemade spreads and raw bread left nothing to be desired and that's why we extended another night. The saunas are also great and you feel in excellent hands with all the staff. Overall, you can just relax wonderfully. Thank you and in any case goodbye!

It is a completely vegan hotel which offers a lot of fresh raw food. For breakfast there is, for example, a fresh green smoothie made from spinach, celery and wild herbs (everything from our own garden) as well as orange and apple. There are raw muesli and many other things like gluten-free bread and many homemade spreads. The dinner is a 3-course menu with a raw vegetable soup as a starter, zucchini noodles with tomato sauce and vegetables as the main course and as a dessert there was a gluten-free cake with nut base and avocado / cashew cream. Everything is prepared by ourselves and made with a lot of love. The hotel also has several saunas and a swimming pool. The Harz is right next to the front door and there are wonderful hiking trails. Yoga / meditation over several days is also offered. The staff was very nice and the price-performance ratio was very good. So the perfect program for a week or a weekend to relax and unwind from everyday stress.

We felt very comfortable, our room was very clean, but there was no handle in the shower. The breakfast buffet and the raw food menu in the evening were unbeatable.
