We had a medical emergency which prevented the cpl joining us from flying. This meant they couldnt stay with us at the hotel.
Our reservations were non refundable ( here is the but ) but i would have thought that with a medical note + explanation they could have cancelled the 1 room. Its very disappointing that no one was able to accommodate our request. As well they were sold out. They could have easily rebook that room. No sympathy or exceptions were given. We felt that was terrible customer service when the hotel would rather make a small profit, have their customers think poorly of them,then do the right thing. Shame on you.
Very expensive.
The room though well maintained was a let down. Super small as my friend put in. Washbasin in the middle of the room and a queen bed. That ends the room. No chair!!

Pleasant stay. Friendly staff. English spoken.
Room was clean. Easy Uber to and from train station.
Our room, #522, was a bit small and could use more lighting but overall pleasant. Layout with sink in bedroom area and glass doors to toilet and shower are peculiar.
Stairs at entrance might be a bit much for some travelers.
