Morada Hotel Gifhorn in Gifhorn

- Wi-Fi doesn't work, which the employee wasn't really bothered about and apparently has never heard of (which seems odd given the many negative reviews)
- Very loud ventilation system in the building, making it impossible to sleep

I stayed for a week and in that time you get familiar with all the weaknesses of this hotel.

WiFi is a total nightmare. it's so slow you can't do basic things...
No A/C, and it was very hot. Bottle of water costs 3€ (too much) and no fridge. Tiny TV, no plugs by the bed... Toilet paper is the cheapest one (1-layer paper)
Breakfast was decent... BUT the bacon was every time burnt.
Personal was okay.

For a night stay or max. 2 days is this hotel the right choice, but the longer you stay the worse it gets.

The hotel is a disappointment. Smelly rooms, tiny bathroom, no air condition, poor service, non-functioning amenities (TV, coffeemaker), and the slowest internet I ever experienced, making it literally impossible to get work done or do virtual meetings from the hotel. Would not recommend the hotel to any traveler.

The room was clean spacious and the Hotel is quiet, with decent beds for a good night sleep, breakfast is also decent, showers hot with good water pressure, and for those who need it their is a hairdryer in the bathroom so for a nights stay yes I would give it 4 stars, but I've stayed here a week, and the internet is a joke, even once you eventually get it working its slow and the hotel isn't even busy yet? No kettle or coffee machine in the room, tv is too small, and what really annoyed me is that the bottled water in the room is "3 euro" not the first bottle is free but straight up 3 euro please pay at reception. I didn't notice until i opened it Grrrrr.

No fridge. Again good for a nights stay bad if ur here a week.

Im still annoyed about the tree sap outside in the car park on my car, yes i know free parking thats fine but still annoying. if u have a clean car and are bothered about it, it wont be in the morning.
