Lovely town centre hotel, ideal for business trips and short stop overs.

Our second visit here, because we enjoyed it so much the first time. Balcony room leads out to a nice well-maintained space. Bathroom has an excellent shower, bed is comfortable and sizeable. Easy walking distance to the town centre, and a couple of excellent restaurants and pubs close by. Only slight downsides are that a bath would be nice, and even though there is a substantial breakfast buffet there...

From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and attentive, ensuring that every detail of my stay was perfect. The room was spotless, spacious, and tastefully decorated, with all the amenities I could need for a comfortable stay. The bed was incredibly comfortable.

If in Lingen, probably the best hotel, regarding the service and location. Garage costs extra. Breakfast is fenomenal!

I'm visiting Lingen every year in march and last 5 years I'm using the Hotel am Wasserfall. A very nice hotel on a very special place. We had a good experience for one night at Parkhotel Lingen. It is an old hotel, worn looking around the edges. It smells musty like cigarette smoking ghosts of years past. Perfect breakfest, nice rooms and close to market place

Had an all-around good stay. The rate was competitive, the room large, bright and clean, and the breakfast buffet was great - and inexpensive. There was enough parking at the hotel. You can walk to disturb downtown in half an hour.

Need nore staff. Room had two single beds but in two different parts segregated by a wall. Could not watch telly from the bed and there were no seating in front of the telly. Dinner (one ourse each) took more rhan two hours to order and eat. Rest totally overloaded and 7nderstaffed. Food good. Breakfast excellent..incl service.

Charming hotel, cozy and very clean, a gem in the center of Lingen! The rooms are perfect and you can sleep well. Tina from the reception is a very polite and helpful person, we thank her for all attention she gave us. For sure we will return in Burghotel.

Nice and in the way self-serviced small hotel in old town. Great breakfast and clean rooms. Old tower next to hotel might be of nuisance, as the clock and bells every hour are a bit loud. Highly recommend tho.

Stayed here with my wife & daughter overnight on our road trip together. Very well run, friendly & accommodating traditional hotel. Lovely grounds & biergarten .We had dinner here and all the meals were well prepared, as was the included breakfast the next morning. The hosts were attentive & welcoming.

Staying as a couple in this hotel for visiting family nearby. For the price range it is lacking attention for detail (only cheap shower gel, furniture getting worn out, breakfast tables not cleaned up) - a disaster was the bed - after 3 hours i woke up with back pain. I reported this to the reception next morning when it was staffed and they only thanked me for informing them. Only positive aspect...

The hotel is located just outside the city center (10 min walk to the city center). nice located on a lake and little park (walk around the lake is 2KM). There is a restaurant next door. Breakfast was until 12! and very good incl warm food as well. Room was spacious and get a room with lake view.

We only stayed one night, we did not use any of the facilities on offer but was still shown and informed about them. they looked good and in very good order, would stay there again.

Nothing spectacular. Good for a night sleep. The beds zould use an upgrade as the wood is painful for getting out of bed.

Amazing experience. This is called a hostel but it is more of a hotel. Gets a lot of young people and sporting clubs. I found it great as a wheelchair user. Huge rooms, comfortable beds, lovely staff, modern, clean and next to the sports parks and swimming pool. Ideal for families or those who like an active lifestyle. Very community related vibe. Pretty interesting how they make salt(Salz) here. You can actually buy the salts produced from here. There is a small souvenir shop in the corner where you can buy the salt. Very quiet and close to the nature park.

Quiet place in the nature, great for relaxing and taking long walks

It is maybe the best park in Rheine. I usually ride a bike along the EMS, then take a walk here.

The train noise was terrible at the night

Breakfast is great! the bar is a nice place, and all staff is very welcoming and friendly. They arranged a special table for us in the restaurant, and they gave us rooms nearby so we could leave the baby in the room while having dinner

The hotel is great, well placed to go to the center of Bad Benteim. The breakfast is good too. I don't know why but the water was cold when I tried to wash myself at 5:30AM as I had to go to the airport after. Very bad surprise.

One-night stay in this traditional farmhouse hotel. We liked the quiet location and the good bed, also the cleanliness. We agreed with the other reviews about the unfriendly restaurant staff, none of them seem to want to be there, let alone let you feel welcome. On a positive side, beautiful garden and very good breakfast, too.

A beautiful property with a very good restaurant. Everything was spotlessly clean, the tables were set with fabric and the food was excellent. The tagliatelle with shrimp was incredibly tasty. I have never enjoyed such good and juicy shrimp. The pork fillet with new asparagus was also very good. Gladly again soon.

Located in the middle of greenery with a golf course and sauna. Also an ideal starting point for cycling. The rooms are comfortable, but have little quirks here and there. Service and cleanliness is excellent. There is a minibar in this hotel, but with high prices. The surroundings are simply beautiful and invite you to take long walks or bike rides. I'm looking forward to next time!

We had already booked the holiday apartment on the first floor of the Spieker in winter a long time ago. We felt very comfortable there back then. The rooms were very clean, the location was perfect, quiet and very scenic. We really enjoyed our walks in the area and were able to switch off from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Maybe one day we'll come back here. :)

Hotel Grossfeld is conveniently located near Bad Bentheim castle and a 7 minutes walk from the railway station on a rather unattractive square. The room I had was fine, but slightly outdated, just what I expected from this smalltown hotel.

Great hotel in a great town. Excellent breakfast and staff. Staff spoke english. Parking is available off-site. Small elevator which is also a plus! Overall we were very pleased. The only negative was price. We just spent 2 weeks in Germany and this was our most-expensive hotel.

Owners are very friendly and helpful, room was very clean and all areas and furniture was very good and comfortable. When we were shown our room the owner even explained how the adjustable headend worked so that we could raise each side individually. Overall one of the best small hotel/b&b that we have stayed in and the area is also very good.

Traveled for work and stayed for 2 weeks here. Great place, very kind and friendly staff, rooms cleaned almost daily, excelent food. Will return here if i will get to work again in the area.

A very nice experience, the restaurant owner came to say hello to everyone, the obers were real gentlemen, and I appreciated that. I am not crazy about Italian food and I have some allergies so my food was pretty plain, but my kid and husband were very satisfied. I highly recommend this place.

Good dining experience, good food and a variety of music. Our first server was very friendly and made some jokes, although it was a bit too much at some point. The other server was very quiet and didn't know what flavours of ice cream would be in our desert. Overall the food was very good and tasted and looked nice. We had a good evening.

We needed a stopover to break up trip from Copenhagen to Hook of Holland. This hotel was great, room was comfortable, good shower, excellent breakfast and very accommodating for our dog!

Workmen's rooms. Have been there several times. They don't respond to complaints! I wouldn't recommend them. The reception isn't exactly welcoming. Single rooms are not recommended. The manager of the hotel listens but unfortunately does nothing.
