Nice comfortable room, great location, free parking near the hotel, free drinks. It doesn’t have air conditioner, only fan. I didn’t needed so it’s not a problem

We had no hot water and even though they had had this problem for a few days at the hotel they didnt bother to tell us when checking in.

Great location, food, service, staff, room, and amenities. We had a large, beautiful room with a bathtub and five free drinks in the minibar. The breakfast was also great. We were also able to check in early and store our luggage there for free all day after checkout. This was a huge help, as we weren't leaving until the evening. The staff was very friendly.

I really think Bargentrum is a really really good bargain in Lüneburg. So close to everything worth seeing! Transport accessible, kind stuff..enough parking space too, tell me that's not a good bargain to enjoy the fairytale that is Lüneburg ❤💯

Die Zimmer sind OK, aber leider keine Hotelbar.Saunabereich war OK aber man kann nicht raus.

Nice Hotel.
Was ourer anniversary and we wanted to spoil ourselves with a suit and where a bit disappointed with it. Some of the lights didn't work and the basic interior/furnishings. The room needed to get updated. But you couldn't completed about the cleanliness.
For us in this case, we couldn't see the value for money.
