We enjoyed our stay at B&B hotel Oldenburg.
The staff were friendly and accomodating, parking was convenient and secure and it was a short walk to the lovely town centre.
The rooms were clean and had everything we needed.
We did not have breakfast as we needed to go into town in the morning and there was a great variety of eating places there.

Hadn’t a reservation with the hotel. The concierge Marina, was courteous, polite and friendly. She placed used in an excellent room. Breakfast included at a reasonable price.

The price/performance ratio was good. The location was fine. The parking was free and spacious enough. The room was nice and had everything you needed. It was very clean. There was a vending machine on site.

My experience at the B&B hotel in Oldenburg was quite bad. I stayed for six nights. On the first day they asked me at reception how often I wanted my towels changed and I told them every two days.
During all the days I stayed at your hotel, they never cleaned my room, they didn't change my towels, they didn't empty the bathroom bin, nor did they replace the toilet paper. On two occasions I asked reception that I needed towels, that they empty the bin and that they bring me toilet paper.
I only managed to get towels and toilet paper and the bin emptied on the fourth day. I managed to do this because I arrived at three in the afternoon, and the person in charge of cleaning was still at the hotel, otherwise I wouldn't have been able to get it.
It had never happened to me before. I can't say that the service at your hotel is bad, it simply doesn't exist.

The room was quiet and clean, the light on the mirror was perhaps a little dim.
The stairwell was full of bed linen for 3 days, on several levels. That's not good in the event of a fire.
The website did not mention that the building was undergoing major renovations.

Facilities: The toilet seat is yellow under the lid, why haven't you changed it yet? There are stains on the toilet, it should be not cleaned well enough.
Service: The receptionist's attitude is good. The cleaning staff should ask the customer whether they want to clean now or later, instead of asking whether they want to clean or not.
Environment: Close to the train station, you can walk to the hotel in 10 minutes with your suitcase
