Garage in basement with lift nearby which made it easy to bring our 2 cats in their carrier straight to the room.
No keycards, but a pincode which is easy.
Comfortable beds and enough towels for everyone.
Breakfast was very simple.
The hotel is in a modern, new building with underground parking.
The rooms are simply furnished, but everything is practically arranged. The rooms are bright thanks to the large windows and comfortably accommodate two people.
Gas station just 200 m away, supermarket also near the hotel.
(-) the room was very small, and I got the room with window facing the construction area.
BUT NO,..... I have gotten a respons later on that same day. Perfectly handled , extremely polite.
Taking all matters in their own hand to solve the problem. I just had to sit back and they handled everything. For some reason the staff at costumer service is mostly moody and not helpful. Not at this hotel! Super nice. The hotel itself is exactly what I expected, good location., friendly frontdesk staff. I will come here again . I am a very happy guest.
