The beds were not comfortable at all. Both me and my family said they were too small and rather hard. The booking itself was also chaotic. We got the wrong confirmation multiple times. The breakfast was rather expensive compared to what we had and how things were set up.

We stayed here for one night before our trip to Helgoland. The next morning, we couldn’t get a taxi, but the front desk staff was incredibly helpful and managed to book one for us early in the morning. Excellent service—highly appreciated! Five stars!

Late checkout not possible however they advertise it very much. Pur company took this hotel because of this so for us it's a false advertisement which is very very much illegal.

The hotel is about 15 minutes walk from the centre of Cuxhaven the hotel is clean modern but basic but I have no complaints our room was very nice and quiet

I've stayed here multiple times; it's very good. It's a great value hotel in Cux. It's very new. The front desk staff speaks fluent English and are friendly to Chinese guests, although there are very few Chinese guests. It's a 3-minute drive to McDonald's, Burger King, and Lidl supermarket, and a 10-minute drive to the beach. Very good. The rooms are a bit small, but still acceptable. The facilities are average.
