Hotels in Oldenburg

Did not have breakfast there. TERRIBLE WiFi connection Lampshade near desk has cobwebs on top

Wonderful location, friendly staff, great amenities, we absolutely enjoyed our stay there!

Very friendly staff, great hotel met my expectations right in the city center.

Our "loft" room was in a separate entrance, but we had secure access at all hours and we enjoyed a spacious room with a sofa, large bathroom, generous closet space, and the option to open the windows. The hotel has a market next door and is within walking distance of other conveniences such as coffee shops, a beautiful local park, and the train station, or a very short bus ride to the station and...

The loft room was in a nice quiet area and very spacious. Staff at reception and breakfast were all polite, helpful and happy. Thankfully their English was very good as well. Great hotel in a great city.

Excellent hotel with very beautifully furnished pillows and kind service. Super clean. Breakfast was ok. Nothing special and limited vegan options.

Our hotel reservation in Oldenburg was completely straightforward. A quick phone call was all it took, and the credit card payment was processed directly over the phone. Upon arrival, we were greeted by a lovely suite, perfect for our family of two adults and two children. The room layout was well-designed and ensured a relaxed atmosphere. As mentioned in other reviews, the hotel is showing its age...

Thats why we love visit Germany Near centrum in Oldenburg. Oldenburg is definetly worth a visit. Hotel staff was super service minded and nice. Big plus for 'genuine German' food at restaurant! Restaurant staff was extremely dedicated and proffesional. Rooms are bigger than average and parking is cheap at hotels 'Tiefgarage' Even though, we changed the trip, only friendly staff was there and tried...

Wonderful hotel, not expensive and an incredible complete great breakfast 'frühstück'

The hotel staff couldn't be more friendly and helpful. Even though there was no room service, they let me order something from the restaurant to take to my room. And since I didn’t go down for dinner and they were worried it might get cold, they went out of their way to bring it to my room, of course, as an exception. The rooms are somewhat sadly decorated, like from the 80s, but the cleanliness is...

Very nice staff and a good hotel

The hotel was a fantastic experience. The room was clean, spacious, and very comfortable, with all the amenities I needed. The staff were attentive and friendly, making my stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay.

Quite outdated hotel, good breakfast options served as buffet The pool area is outdated and the water was very cold

Great value for money. The room was spacious and the location is perfect!

This is the best hotel ever, the room is just like in the pictures but one bathroom picture is wrong, its better than that one , much better!! And the price is also the best. I really lovd this place from the moment i entered the reception and the room, its amazing!!

Super location just a few meters from the Weser EMS Halle - perfect for those attending any event held there. Interior was dated but there were lovely upgrades (rainforest shower head, coffee/capucino machine in breakfast area) that added modern comforts. Cleanliness and attention to detail were top notch, super friendly and professional Staff. Onsite parking was a definate bonus just a few meters...

The hotel is fantastic! Lovely, homely rooms, amazing breakfast, nice staff and welnness centre. Not sure why there any negative to average reviews on here. I give it a big 5 stars!

Friendly staff. Neat. Location top notch.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was actually a suite of two spaces--a decent-sized living room and a separate bedroom with the en-suite bath. The easy parking in front of the hotel is a plus, and the other great thing is the location, close to the main RR station and central shopping area.

Clean, functional, non-fussy room. However, there were some details that were awkward for me. I am not terribly short (152 cm), but I could only reach the on button for the light over the sink by using my hairbrush to extend my reach. The towel rack was also exceptionally high, and I could just barely reach it. Such design mistakes do not meet anyone's idea of accessibility for normal items.

Second time in this excellent hotel - ☆☆☆ superior - German top quality. The hotel is close to the train station. It is a quiet, squeaky clean hotel with very friendly personnel. There are some free of charge goodies that may surprise you. Well, enjoy your stay when you are there. Cheerios!

Extremely friendly staff. The property is dated, but it was anyway a nice experience!

Felt safe Excellent experience! I felt safe as a solo female traveler. The service was excellent, personnel were kind and helpful and hotel was clean. English communication good. Sauna was a bit disappointing, but there was some other small heat room that was pleasant. Overall a great experience and I recommend!

This is an exception hotel and, at the time of reviewing, deserved to be traveller ranked number one! Although our stay was just for one night - wished it could have been longer - everything was spot on, and a few pleasant surprises too! Staff at reception were very welcoming and check-in took a matter of seconds (as did check-out). Our room featured a spacious sitting room (nice surprise), with sofas...

Rooms were ok, standard but clean. No common area to sit after 20h, not a single sofa or chair so all you can do is sit in room in evening, not funny hotel. Nice breakfast.

For me the rating is 4.5 stars! I liked the location of this hotel. It was very close to the centrum of the city and at this time the Christmas market. The staff was very very friendly. Always nice and very helpfull. I could use the gym early in the morning and I was very thankful for that because as a woman it's right now dark outside and to do some fitness in a safe space is very helpfull. The...

I have a hate-love relationship with this hotel. I've been coming here in a yearly basis for work, and even though they proudly advertise their thematic rooms, I've never been given one. In fact, the rooms I've always been given are super impersonal and boring. I honestly wonder if they have those thematic rooms at all. Other than that, they have a reduced reception schedule (although people are kind...

It was very clean and considering this pandemic especially they were very careful with everything. What I loved the most was the staff that are really really friendly, and I must add: they take the personal wishes very seriously! I made my reservation and casually asked for a bathtub (as a nice to have) and when I arrived I saw that I got a double-room even I have paid for a single room, when I asked...

Basic rooms are more like pods and are unbelievably loud. You will hear neighbors talk, shower, go to the bathroom etc. Gym is great but freezing so too cold to workout. Breakfast is decent and staff is really wonderful. Bed was comfortable and room was very clean.

Hotel the Sprenz is a very comfortable, secured and clean place. The workers are welcoming and highly hospitable. Eric

Reasonably priced hotel, not much nearby.

Reasonable Motel style accommodation. Slightly older style rooms with modernised bathrooms. Plenty of space and adequate parking. Breakfast was really good. The only small negatives were access to the rear rooms from the car park can be a bit tricky with luggage, and noise can be heard between rooms. Overall, a good experience.

Excellent room but no shower gel

Free private parking. Pleasant room and bathroom. Nice breakfast.

My stay here was better than my first impression was of the place, staff is friendly, rooms clean and shower hot and powerful, I would have given it 5 stars but due to the Internet kicking me out every hour or so, and the pillows grrr had to sleep without one as the pillow they supply looks great but is unusable to sleep on, great for watching tv if you like watching german tv with constant adverts...

We stayed in Room 24 on May 11, 2019. From the outside, it looks like an American Motel. The hotel has recently been renovated/updated with a very nice modern feel. The room is a little small but for one or two nights very adequate. The breakfast is everything and more. The staff were professional and friendly. I would stay here again and recommend it to anyone staying in the Oldenburg area.

This hotel was so nice and so affordable!!!! Super clean, comfortable beds, we had a great stay!

Excellent hotel. Restaurant offers good Greek food and a breakfast with very fresh products. Rooms are modern and comfortable. WiFi is the only weakness, this should be improved

It was clean and gave a nice impression. Nice service and overall good experience. The beds was very hard and the bedsheet was very low quality but that was the only “ not good”

Hotel Sparta is very much Greek-inspired, which comes as no surprise when you learn that it is run by a Greek family. Rooms and hallways are beautifully decorated in Greek style. They even have small olive trees outside. The hotel appears very well-kept, and extremely clean. The kitchen serves Greek food that is fully on par with what one would expect in Greece, a country I have visited more than ...

We thought the standard of accommodation was first class - the marble floors, the murals etc. There was a good choice of dishes in the restaurant, with good service. We would have liked to be able to make a cup of coffee in our room, and did not expect to have to pay for one in the foyer.

The staff is super kind, helpful and flexible in solving customer problems. The rooms is super clean and the bathroom is more than neat, clean and luxury for the price. The small church outside the hotel is very calm and peaceful. Highly recommended👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻.

Es gab kein Frühstück, da wir die einzigen Gäste waren

Very beautiful “Landhaus” style property, friendly and welcoming staff, very clean rooms and the bed is comfy. I liked it! Thank you for having me

Fantastic hotel with such a great service

Location was more on the outskirts of the city, but that was okay. Room was clean, even though getting all lights working was not straight forward (old lamps with strings attached that were almost invisible). Bed was rather comfy. WLAN connection was free but not very good, food on the other hand was delicious. Service was friendly and helpful where required.

Excellent hotel in a convenient location. The room was very comfortable, spacious, and well appointed. Excellent breakfast and dinner (optional) was superb. Particular mention should be made about the staff who were friendly and in particular the lady who served at the bar (Canadian/German ) who was very entertaining and made an evening very enjoyable. All prices in the hotel are reasonable and in...

We had an excellent stay as usual. This has to be at least my fourth visit. Lovely comfortable beds, great products in the bathroom. Always an enjoyable breakfast and they are always willing to accommodate you. Fresh bread and rolls, great selection of fruit, vegetables and a cooked breakfast.

Almost everything. Location was great. Room was great. There were even adjustable beds, which was a big bonus. And everything was very clean. The choice and quality of food for breakfast was exceptional. All the staff were very helpful.

I enjoyed my stay at Hotel Wieting. The single room was a bit small but that didn’t bother me too much. The bed was comfortable and it had incline/elevation options, which was nice. All the amenities and shower worked rather well. I liked their bar but, unfortunately, their restaurant was closed, which was a bit inconvenient. Breakfast was decent and contained all of the essentials. Good location and...

Pros: very helpful staff, very nice breakfast and really good location! Cons: it can be quite noisy at night for those who stay in rooms that face the main street (Damm). Even though I closed all windows I could still hear the cars and people's chatting. One night there was a couple next door who were having a big fight in the middle of the night and I could literally hear everything. So the walls...

What a fantastic hotel. The service was just so great and i would return just to experience it again. Welcoming and very attentive!

Very nice hotel. Good breakfast. Nice place❤️

This hotel is very basic. Whilst probably cost effective, it is worth noting a few things. Cons - no communal working area - no communal area at all - desk is only staffed for short periods of the day - no iron/ironing board - no bar or food facilities - internet does not support higher security VPNs Pros - room was large - but it was a twin room - location was great - city centre

Good value for money, has all I need. Great location

Nice and cheap hotel near cbd, friendly staff.

Nice friendly stuffs, good breakfast, comfortable rooms, conveniently situated near the train station and public transport. Liked my 4 days stay over there.

Very pleasant staff helps to make this a nice venue. Breakfast offers many fresh choices, and the hotel’s own parking lot is conveniently outside the side door. Rooms are OK, and those preferring hard mattresses will be happy. Bathroom has a tub, shower head, and hand nozzle with string pressure and plenty of hot water. Telekom WiFi in building works well. Great choice in Oldenburg.

They had repaired holes in the wall in the room, but it was not painted afterwards. Overall a fine experience.

Very nice hotel, restaurant establishment

Language barrier Nice well kept hotel in the outskirts of Town. Only there one night. There was quite a language barrier if you’re not German speaking so google translate had to be used. Room was okay. Lighting was a bit dim for me. No kettle for coffee etc.

The hotel is much used as an event venue. So it is not veey quiet.

Lovely hotel with fantastic food and very accommodating and friendly staff. Highly recommended.

I stayed here spontaneously for one night. It's a very chic and excellent hotel. The restaurant looks very cozy, everything is very beautiful and cozy.

Stayed here for 5 days while visiting a customer. Very clean, friendly/helpful staff, good breakfast and close to bus stop. Perfect for me as I was close to the customer. The innenstadt is 20mins away with bus.

A simple, clean and presentable hotel. The receptionist was excellent. The breakfast was fine. Bed , curtains , bathroom all very good . I would recommend. Dank.

A clean and fresh hotel with good vegan options both for dinner and breakfast!

exceptionally clean and spacious room. amazing staff friendly and attentive. breakfast was great fresh diverse and ample. close proximity to the motorway. we would defiantly stay again

Great place to relax. Great service, friendly staff, comfortable and very clean room. Lovely breakfast. I fell in love with this place😍😇🔥👍

Super cozy hotel. Nice and clean with no noise. I had very little time to get breakfast so the receptionist made me a packed breakfast and I didn't even ask for it. That is going above and beyond! Amazing customer service :) Thank you

It is a good place for stay one night. My single room was a small one but being single you cam manage this! But the shower cabin has a very narrow door, 35 cm or so…☺️

Nice room, cheap price and good position. Parking zone not very comfortable.

We stayed with our cycling group for two nights, originally planned to stay three, but left a day early due to bad weather. As a courtesy, we were only charged half price for that day, which was fine. Breakfast was okay, nothing more. The room was clean, also okay. However, the constant ventilation on the roof was bothersome when the window was open. Furthermore, there was no reception desk as...

This is a great hotel, cheap and cheerful. The staff are friendly and helpful, even coming out late at night to check me in when the hotel had shut for the night. Buffet breakfast is varied and fresh. The rooms are simple with no luxuries, but beds are comfy and there is plenty of storage.

This is an excellent hotel, friendly, welcoming and helpful. The rooms are well laid out and the buffet breakfast is great. There is plenty of secure parking. We very much have enjoyed our stay. The walk to the city centre is about 15 minutes and rather pleasant. There is plenty to do in Oldenburg and lots of good restaurants and cafes.

The rooms are a bit dated but serve their purpose. My room faced the courtyard, so it was quiet. There was no air conditioning. The staff was friendly. Breakfast on Sundays isn't available until 8:00 a.m., which is unfortunately a bit late for someone who has to work on Sundays. The breakfast buffet is limited, but every guest should be able to find something they like.

I wasn't expecting anything special and I wasn't disappointed :) Have easy parking, nice staff and good breakfast. I am happy. Unfortunately there was no elevator.

it was clean, comfortable and hotel staff was very nice and helpful!

Location is good 👍 food is top Everything is good

A friendly and modern space to meet friends and family. Fresh food and drinks for a fair price. Adults, teens and kids can really feel at home here.

Close to train station, clean, great breakfast. Very helpful staff!

Very nice hotel, delicious food. Very nice guys from the night shift, always ready to help. But ladies who work during the day can be very angry.

This new hostel is really nice! With a five minutes walk from the railway station it offers a fresh and spacious stay. An excellent buffet breakfast is served, with some extra's on Sundays. The restaurant I'll test a next time. Very good in short with spacious and quiet rooms and large showers. Just a must!

Breakfast was great. No "plastic" food. All fresh and local. Very comfy and spacious restaurant.

We enjoyed our stay at B&B hotel Oldenburg. The staff were friendly and accomodating, parking was convenient and secure and it was a short walk to the lovely town centre. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. We did not have breakfast as we needed to go into town in the morning and there was a great variety of eating places there.

Hadn’t a reservation with the hotel. The concierge Marina, was courteous, polite and friendly. She placed used in an excellent room. Breakfast included at a reasonable price.

Very good qaulity for an affordable price. Good clean rooms and a good bed.

OK. Simple hotel. You can walk to train station

The price/performance ratio was good. The location was fine. The parking was free and spacious enough. The room was nice and had everything you needed. It was very clean. There was a vending machine on site.

Express hotel, general hygiene, cheap
