Clean, quiet and nice all around!

The hotel boasts spacious, clean, functional, and modern furnishings. The service staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. Breakfast is served in the adjoining bakery and is rather simple.
An evening visit to the hotel's own restaurant, "Krömerei," is highly recommended. Here you'll find excellent service and a very tasty menu. Everything appears fresh and prepared with care. This is well-known among guests, so it's advisable to reserve a table. I am happy to recommend the Hotel zur Linde.

Bring slippers or thick socks, the floor tiles are very cold. The entrance is at the back, but the key needs to be picked up from the next house over.

The baker, who's one floor below, gets a delivery at 3:30, and we get woken up.
Since the air conditioning isn't working, we open the window facing the main street.

My parents and I stayed there a few weeks ago.
The rooms are perfect. Air conditioning, clean, and comfortable. The partnership with the bakery is also great. Delicious breakfast.
Good location. We would have liked to eat at the adjacent restaurant, but that would have disrupted our plans.
The staff was courteous and friendly.
One issue was that it wasn't entirely clear where to check in. So we had to wander around a bit before we found the right person. But that was the only negative.

The hotel actually deserves 25 stars. Very friendly staff and the rooms are very spacious and very comfortable. The cleaning staff is extremely attentive. When I arrived late in the evening, I just took my "clothes" out of my pocket and hung my work clothes over the chair. In the afternoon when I came back into the room, EVERYTHING, really EVERYTHING was sourly and accurately cleared away. That alone deserves huge praise.

The hotel for Linda, in Westersteder, was actually just a stopgap for me as my standard hotel was unfortunately not available. However, I am absolutely thrilled and will be back. The idea of not offering your own breakfast room but using the Becker in the house as a breakfast supplier is ingenious. Fresh rolls, a great coffee, a really perfect scrambled egg what more could you want. The hotel rooms are newly renovated, small, fine and really well equipped. The adjoining restaurant is ideal for dinner. I will definitely come again.
