Our Penthouse was as described. Really nice and cozy. Modern furniture and lots of space. And very good located. The only thing: sofa and mattresses should be replaced. They are disused. 😜

We spent a wonderful week in the Penthouse Wellness Suite at Villa Fortuna.

We were greeted with many thoughtful touches (wine, beer, water, coffee, tea, and chocolates), which we truly appreciated. We immediately felt very welcome.

The apartment is very well-equipped. The fully equipped kitchen deserves special mention. The apartment is bright and airy, and cozy even on rainy days. When the sun is shining, the large terrace with a grill is perfect for relaxing. We also really enjoyed the bathroom with its spa shower. The beds are comfortable, and there's a selection of pillows. Everything is spotlessly clean and well-maintained. Another plus is the convenient location near Wilhelmstrasse. The Sellin-West bus stop (for the "Rasender Roland" train) is about a 10-minute walk away. A bakery is just a short walk away. Parking spaces are located directly behind the building, and bicycles can also be stored safely and dry.

Thank you so much, and we would love to come back again!

Lovely place in Sellin
We really enjoyed our stay in this duplex apartment in lovely Sellin on Rügen island. This place is ideal for two couples or a family with two kids as it’s big enough for 4 people. The living and dining area is downstairs and the bathroom too. Upstairs there are two nice bedrooms.
The whole place is modern, stylish, comfy and very clean. Location is great too!

We had a truly wonderful stay! The garden house apartment is lovely and fully furnished. We were welcomed with a bottle of wine, and the refrigerator contained two bottles of water and beer. The kitchen was very well equipped. Everything was spotlessly clean. Excellent!

Great on-site parking, and everything was in order (except for a wine opener that had loose screws), well equipped. A bit of a bad internal location of our apartment which was right on the main road. Luckily the bedroom faced the garden.

We were very happy with our stay at Villa Fortuna! Beautiful furnishings, a well-equipped kitchen, and good storage for bicycles. The shower in the bathroom is huge and feels like a spa. We also received extra pillows very easily upon request. The only downside was the traffic on the main road, but the location is very central. Sellin is a great starting point for fantastic bike tours around the island. We'd love to come back! 😄

Beautifully renovated, over-and above amenities (two styles of coffee makers), handwritten note with welcome treats and wine, very clean, tidy and bright, lovely manicured gardens, parking close to our apartment, very friendly and communicative host.
