Amazing stay, great service and food. Stayed 2 nights for s short holiday. Very relaxing. Had some issues with the door lock, but staff handled it perfectly and assisted. Spa and pool great, well maintained and clean. Breakfast amazing so was the dinners.

The room was so small, when you opened one window, it swing over the bed, you couldn’t open one of the windows because it hit the tv, which they had to hang from the ceiling in front of the window and over the foot of the bed because there was literally no other place to put it.there was a third window, but when you opened that one, it swing into the miniscule area to get to the bathroom, so you’d walk into the window. To get out of bed, the person in the back had to climb over the person in the front. The person in the back had no side table. Just the windowsill. My husband put his phone on the windowsill, since he had no side table, but it started raining Into the room, and onto his phone. So he closed all the windows, but there’s no air conditioning, so we couldn’t sleep because it got hot in there fast. The only body product offered was a liquid soap they said was all in one body soap-shampoo-conditioner. That does not exist. I did not take a shower as a result. I didn’t want to have straw-dry hair all day. The food at the hotel restaurant was overpriced and totally uninspired. Pesto from a jar on penne pasta with four cherry tomatoes on top that no one bothered to take the woody stem top off of. The soup had an entire piece of bread n it with maybe some cheese on top of, so I had to use a fork and knife to cut the soggy toast up before I could use my soup spoon. Ugh. Awful. The location was entirely uninteresting. This hotel is clean. That’s in its favor. But otherwise it’s a hard pass.

Extremely disappointed with the rude, inflexible and unhelpful treatment I received when I tried to check in and it turned out that my reservation wasn't until a month later. No rebooking or refund was offered and I was forced to pay for a night at a nearby hotel instead. I would not recommend anyone who values hospitality and/or service to stay at this hotel. A prepaid night on July 30th is up for grabs for the most demanding and rude hotel guest who replies to this post!

We were cycling in the area and chose this hotel, when the weather became too rainy. Mostly, it corresponded to my expectations. Our room was oldish, but the bathroom was renovated. The bed was good, and there were a coupe of chairs. Mini-fridge was a nice extra. We asked for a quiet room and got one facing the forest. Unfortunately, it was just above the service entrance, where rubbish boxes were moved and other noisy activities carried out from 6 a.m. onwards. Entry to the spa was included and we used it both days. The pool is not big enough for swimming but otherwise it is a nice place to relax. Bathrobes and extra towels are included. The breakfast was o expensive that we decided to eat elsewhere. However, it looked very nice. This hotel is located outside the city, which is fine if you have car or bicycle.

Excellent hotel in Rostock. Spacious rooms, good shower, good Wi-Fi throughout over the hotel and an excellent breakfast. The hotel provides towels and robes for the pool and spa that located in the hotel itself. As part of the payment of city taxes, you are entitled to free public transport vouchers. Parking is paid by the day.

Very disappointing – not recommended!
I had booked a room with a forest view and explicitly stated that it was my girlfriend's birthday. Instead, we were given a very small room with no view of the forest at all – not at all as advertised. We only stayed at the hotel for three hours and then drove 180 km back to Hamburg, disappointed. The whole day was ruined for us.
For the high price, we expected much more. The wellness area was poorly maintained – the sauna offerings were unclear, and there was no clear schedule. Cleanliness also left much to be desired.
What particularly disappointed us: The hotel showed no willingness to accommodate. We were not offered a refund or even a voucher for another day.
For us, this was a very disappointing experience – unfortunately, absolutely not recommended.

Hotel withdrew an unauthorized amount from the card as a fee for extra cleaning 2 days post departure from the hotel. Do not stay at this hotel you will pay for you stay and then they will steal from you when you leave. Never have a experienced such filthy disgusting business practices, you have been warned.

When we arrived a receprionist made a mean comment that my girlfriends name was kinda difficult to type in a computer which was not a great start. I dont know what was the issue. Kinda not professional. And what was the point of saying that to a guest? Rude.
