2. There was no fridge, no electric kettle in the room (Not ideal for anyone who wants to have or store their own breakfast or food in their room).
There was a microwave and seating area in the lobby, so I guess in colder months u could still get by.
The cleaning service was amazing and daily.
All in all good, but if I'm paying relatively high price, then at least I expect the above amenities for a more comfortable stay in my city bubble. Most hotels with a similar reputation also keep complementary tea/coffee/sugar/creamer along with water kettle.
Con's: not everyone speaks English. the first person who greeted me was unable to offer directions but did give me the number of a taxi service (although it felt like I was bothering her even though I was polite as can be). there are no fridges or coffee machines in the rooms. the only "soap" in the shower is shampoo so I just had to use that for everything 😂
Note: I'm not detracting any stars for lack of English speaking, just the apparent rudeness of the first person. The other staff were perfectly friendly.
It's not a posh hotel, just tidy, clean and nice.
