Hotel Europa in Krefeld

They have a phone number that you can call “any time” if the dore i close but no one answer and it was just 11pm. I payed for it but din’t use the hotel cause the door was closed and no one answer to the phone. Bad, very bad service. Don’t think twise to see another hotel in Krefeld. You want regret finding another one

€ 80 is definitely too much. For this money there are better ones in the immediate vicinity. There were still the remains of a seal by the city due to prohibition of use on the door frame of the hotel (which is not very trustworthy). There is NO ELEVATOR and, due to the steep and narrow stairs, it is not suitable for people with limited mobility. There is NO smoke detector in the room. After 8.30 p.m. there is no contact person in the hotel, only a telephone number to contact us. The bed is ok. There is an extreme smell of sewer in the bathroom. No proper blackout available. As an old building, the floor creaks accordingly.
