It is only a stone's throw away from the client's office and there is a highly acclaimed restaurant nearby, which provides great convenience for business negotiations and dining. It brings a great experience.

I am still staying at this hotel, and I think it is truly wonderful. The staff are very friendly. I am Japanese and can only communicate in English, but I have had no problems communicating in English. In particular, I am very grateful to Helmi, a staff member, who has been considerate of my inability to speak German. If I have the chance to visit Düsseldorf again, I would love to book this hotel again

It is just over 10 minutes' drive from Düsseldorf Airport and there is free parking on site.

The hotel is in a really nice, quiet forest location, which made it very peaceful and relaxing. The surroundings were definitely the highlight of the stay. However, the rooms were quite old and outdated, and unfortunately not very clean. The sink in our room was also broken, which was disappointing. Overall, a lovely location, but the rooms could really benefit from better maintenance and updates.

Nice stay, needed to be at Messe Düsseldorf and had the car with me, so this was a good option. Are in the bar which was great - friendly staff. Good room, decent shower, nice to have a fridge.

Lovely hotel in a very quiet area. We had a great dinner last night, so little noise around. Easy to find and very clean. We came with our 2 dogs which was not a problem. We will be back!

It was a bit confusing where to park. All outside spaces where taken and no sings to direct for underground parking. You could also put more signs in the underground parking to direct guests towards hotel entrance. It's a shame there is no EV charging points especially there is underground parking. Lost opportunity I suppose.

Very good hotel, breakfast was good and they do a ‘to go’ bag so you can take food and drink with you for the day. Parking is €12 for 24 hours but you can pay for your whole stay at reception.

I have been staying here for work dozens of times. I hear it will be refurbished soon going under the Radisson flag. Spotless hotel with top staff. From the desk to the cleaning team to the breakfast crew ( shout out to the wonderful Christina !). They all ensure that me, and my co-workers, have an excellent time at the hotel. Every time! Rooms are little older. Breakfest are perfect. You need to pay for parking every day or on reception there will gave you ticket on date interval. Bathroom look like in Tunisia :)

A very nice, clean, quiet hotel in Krefeld. We were very satisfied with this hotel and we will stay here again for an upcoming event in the city. Plenty of parking and on public transit lines. The staff members are very friendly and helpful.

Well placed, well maintained hotel with superb quality, quiet rooms. Rooms are a bit older, coul use some refurbishing, for the price, but all was clean, no problem.

This was a pleasant stay at this hotel, the room was very clean and everything was so quiet we had a good sleep. If you close the windows you can't hear anything outside. The morning breakfast is nice and you had a lot of choice in food. The only down part is the bed, the matras is ok but not very comfy and the blankets were stiff we didn't really like that but it was ok for 2 days. The pool was empty...

In general the stay was better than expected. Just two details: actually the location is not in active zone of the city, and the rooms vere much too hot for us Finns. As said, everything else was just marvellous.

Hotel prices in the city center were extremely high during the exhibition, so I chose this hotel, which was an hour's drive from the main railway station in Düsseldorf. The storefront was small, but the room conditions and prices were very reasonable. There was a supermarket nearby.

The hotel was good. The room was nice and clean, but a bit basic. The bathroom was tidy. The garage was also excellent, and the front desk staff was friendly. The breakfast was excellent.

Everything was good, surprisingly quiet, except that the doors to the other floors always slam loudly when someone comes or goes. Otherwise, everything was great, and the price-performance ratio was good. 👍

The hotel was okay overall. The rooms were clean and tidy, which is very important to me. The breakfast was rather average—nothing special, but sufficient to start the day. The furnishings are unfortunately a bit dated and could use a refresh. However, it was perfectly acceptable for a short stay.

Small room that was not what we were supposed to get, but we didn't mind. A little too small for two people but room was clean and everything worked well. Staff was very nice and despite them saying they don't speak english, they did a very good job. The bed cover was too small for both of us but luckily I had my own blanket. Good location, bank and food stores/restaurant right around the corner

De accomodation itself was good. The carpet might be a little bit old and can be renewed. The hygene is decent. The room is spacious! Which is the best part and the personal and guests were very nice. The neighborhood needs some getting used too, but after that you'll find the people to be nice.

Close to the station and trams. Lots of roadworks going on when we were there but wasn’t an issue. Comfortable bed and good shower, fine as a base. Walk into the centre of town for a proper breakfast. Checked in online and was emailed the code, no hassle.

It's what you would expect from an ibis budget hotel. Due to the Coronavirus they are currently not serving any breakfast. The only problem I had is that I couldn't sleep with an open window because the street was too loud. Not the hotels fault, just something to keep in mind.

Small but excellent Hotel o only a few steps away from Bockum main street. Staff is very friendly. Bfast buffet is amazing and you can jump into a transport and are in 20 minutes I. The city centre. Enough parking is available as well as air conditioning in the rooms.

Small family hotel, older style. The rooms are not large but very comfortable. The breakfasts are included and adequate. The staff are wonderful and always available to help. Transport links are great also with the trams stopping just out front. The room rate is very reasonable. The hotel is not far from Castle Linn, the original centre for this area. Had a very positive experience with the hotel. The staff were very helpful in giving important information about the surrounding areas and public transportation usage during my first day. Location was very convenient because it is located a few meters away from the tram stop.

Over the years I stayed there myself and had guests staying there. Great location with shops and a few restaurants around. Immediate access to highway and it takes only 15 mins to the Convention Center in Ddorf and the airport - better access as opposed to stay in Ddorf. Very beautiful hotel and property. The rooms on third floor are spacious, have a full kitchen and offer wonderful views Theriot through roof windows. The bedroom window offers a terrific view of the night sky right above the bed! The bathroom features a shower that is much too small and a good soaking tub. A nice feature is the towel drying rack that is very good for drying small batches of laundry...

The people at this hotel are wonderful and very responsive. I loved the old world charm and the centralized location. The bed and the room were comfortable, and the buffet breakfasts had a wide array of offerings. I would stay here again and again.

Lovely old charming hotel. Basic but has everything you need and is impeccably clean and well cared for. Built in the 18 hundreds originally as a brewery it has lots of lovely original features that have been retained. Probably more of a bed and breakfast than a hotel as there is no bar or lounge and reception is unmanned most of the day. Staff are very friendly and accommodating. No air conditioning...

I do love this place. Not a ""modern box chain hotel"" - more like a Romantica Hotel. Old with charme - apparently used to be a brewery?! Rooms are modern and always top notch. Breakfast buffet is really good too.... Great access to highway and only 15 mins to Concenton Center in DDorf. Pictures don't do the place justice....

I loved this old German style hotel. Modern rooms recently refurbished and fully confortable. Old objects for decoration. Typical German food. My asparagus soup and the spetzle were very good. Easy to park.

Loved our stay. So cute, wonderful staff, easy to get to from the train station, clean/comfy linens, and the bathroom was fantastic (heated floors and nice lighting!) we had breakfast in the restaurant and it was great. In a nice neighborhood within walking distance of a few restaurants and a nice park. Really recommend, I will be going back!

Contrasts that only marriages offer. Top-notch staff, you could say a dream! But unfortunately, that doesn't apply to the cleaning ladies...repeatedly found strange hair (bed, bathtub...) and dust...after shaking out the towel, a shower-related evacuation was necessary...But once you'd put yourself in the hands of the "catering team" for breakfast in the morning, you almost didn't know what was bothering...

I'm staying in the hotel due to work in the Netherlands via an agency. Sure, rooms might look old but they are clean and not damaged at all. Service is nice and friendly and you have a lot of shops nearby. The view is in my opinion very beautiful. I would rate it solid 4*

Location on the 8th - 10th floors of a building block. Reception on the 10th floor. Rooms were basic but spacious.1 small lift fitting only 1-2 people with luggage.

Super helpful staff, nice for a short stay Super helpful and friendly staff, the rooms were fine though not made up during our stay, just new towels. Breakfast is basic but the price was fine so no problem. The only complaint is that the keys for the main door don't work well, many times we had to be let in or wait for someone to come out.

Location of light switch near the mattress corner meant almost everytime you moved on the mattress the light would switch on or off. Good central location and working AC. It is within walking distance to the central railway station, and the transportation is quite convenient. There are many restaurants around, including Chinese restaurants.
