I'm staying in the hotel due to work in the Netherlands via an agency. Sure, rooms might look old but they are clean and not damaged at all. Service is nice and friendly and you have a lot of shops nearby. The view is in my opinion very beautiful. I would rate it solid 4*

Contrasts that only marriages offer.
Top-notch staff, you could say a dream!
But unfortunately, that doesn't apply to the cleaning ladies...repeatedly found strange hair (bed, bathtub...) and dust...after shaking out the towel, a shower-related evacuation was necessary...But once you'd put yourself in the hands of the "catering team" for breakfast in the morning, you almost didn't know what was bothering you...
Renovation and more cleaning! Then it would surely be seventh heaven.

Location on the 8th - 10th floors of a building block. Reception on the 10th floor. Rooms were basic but spacious.1 small lift fitting only 1-2 people with luggage.

A lot better than expected!
Seriously, try the hotel, it's not a name brand but it's quite OK.
Why 4 stars? Because no one reads the 5 stars.
This was booked for me, I probably wouldn't have booked myself, but after staying there I would definitely stay again.
Rooms are very clean, bathroom perfectly clean, decor is a bit dated but everything is in perfect working order.
Staff, very friendly and helpful. Small but functional bar.
Supermarkets across the road.
No restaurant but the staff are happy to help with ordering food.
WiFi is ok but as mentioned in other reviews, depending on high usage it can crawl a little bit.
Breakfast? I didn't try it.
Laundery service? I wasn't there long enough.

The price per night and the 3 stars classification are way over its real value. It's not a bad place, but it should be advertised as 2 stars and should cost at least 1/3 less. Room was simple and old but clean, WiFi connection better than most places tbh, breakfast was really really poor. The only warm dish were some terribly overcooked scrambled eggs, no bacon, nor anything else. Some slices of pre-sliced cheese and ham, some cornflakes and similar. End of the story. Reception at the 10th floor and rooms at 8th and 9th that you need to reach using a 2 person max elevator from the 70s. Considering how high you need to go and how small is the elevator, you often need to wait ages while people get up and down in turns. Won't come back for sure.
