Ambiente in Munster

I have booked one night with my husband and my father in law we booked two rooms the next day we had to leave early to the doctor appointment and we couldn’t check out early by the time so i thought we would pay another night and stay eventually another night in Münster , then as we came back we got informed that they contacted the mother of my husband they didn’t even ask for our number and took her permission to pack all our private things! randomly in bags and we lost the two bags which belongs to my father in law and we asked for recheck the women made it but so unpleasantly she even said it and blamed it on my father in law that he forgets much ! (this was the reason we was in Münster visiting the uni hospital) he’s only 62 and clear . And when we asked about the cameras the women said They didn’t had a camera recording i went out from Münster so upset and sad . Even if u needed the room the person must get informed then i would have came back if it was necessary . There is no law in the world what allows any hotel to look throw ur private things and remove them and then throwing the mistake on the mom and manipulating the situation. This was so unprofessional and disrespectful.

Pretty expensive for this very small hotel with just rooms and breakfast. Rooms are in ok conditions but also old and slightly outdated. Staff is ok and they offer limited car park but I would most likely choose another hotel the next time
