For years now, we (from the Rhineland, so we're not carnival grumps) keep coming back to Münster. We often stay at the Mövenpick; its location by the lake, next to the cemetery, ensures the peace and quiet that's important to us. From January 24th to 25th, we booked a single room. The best hotel to sleep over before the flight. Be ready to pay for the parking in the garage. The parking outside is limited.

Manager at reception was very helpful and friendly. My room booking via booking.com was for a wrong date (my mistake) and he fixed it. Amazing and very much appreciated.

A 4 star hotel that feels more like a 3 star. No coffee machine in the room (only a cattle with instant coffee), undersized television, shower water temperature fluctuations, no drinking water in the gym. Overall the hotel feels outdated. Room size and service are decent. Location is very good.

Come on Mövenpick, 32 Euros for breakfast now? That is neither reasonable nor acceptable, just strip off. I hope you will do better in the future.

Stay here in jobb but very nice hotell and the rooms was big and fresh, stayed on first floor. I recommend this hotel.

Eveything was perfect but the staff never seemed to remembered details like "please do not knock on door with room service because we have baby sleeping, please no salt on fries, can I have 3 spoons and a lot more". Still 5/5 star ofc im just nagging. Will come back.

I stayed on first floor which is ok. Not too loud for the traffic outside as the hotel is located near the main road. There is parking (clean and large spaces) next to the hotel which is convenient for you if you drive. The location of hotel is perfect. You can walk around in the city and also near the main train station of Münster.

Very good hotel and clean rooms - close to the center. We had noise from the bar on the 6th floor as they were moving things at night but they reduced the bill. Very accommodating, professional, and no nonsense place.

The room is nice, the cleaning service is below average (but for a two night stay is not a problem). The location is great, close to station but at the same time close to the city center

Perfect situated hotel in the hart of Munster.  Room was very clean, breakfast was very good and we enjoyed it even on the rooftop with great view.

The hotel’s location is excellent. Right next to it, there are restaurants, bars, a Starbucks, and a shopping street. Inside the room, there is tea and coffee provided, and the room itself is very spacious. The bed is neither too hard nor too soft. The room temperature is just right, and if it gets warm, you can open the window. In the bathroom, there is a hairdryer, and the soap smells nice. Breakfast...

Lovely hotel, amazing location and a pretty nice breakfast with a street view

Great location and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. The hotel has an interesting architecture with floor to ceiling windows and very high ceiling public spaces which give a nice atmosphere. There is a parking garage below it and most city center locations are walking distance. Parking costs extra.

Probably the most luxurious hotel in all of Münster. Stayed on several occasions for work related trips. Very friendly staff, wheelchair accessible, top-notch restaurant and jaw dropping skylounge. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

We stayed to attend a show at Skaters Palace. For this, the location was perfect — less than 1km walk to venue. Parking was free, but EV charging required a membership to SW Münster, so we weren’t able to charge our car, which was annoying. Breakfast was very good. Very nice, big showers. Clean rooms. Not the quietest as it’s right next to the Kongresszentrum. Rooms on the parking lot side are worse...

No air condition in the room, but outside it´s on the weekend nights very noisy, so you can´t really open a window to the front.

Average, get a room away from the main road! Plenty of parking space at E 5, not too bad. Modern hotel in good shape.A 20 min walk to the city centre, but the harbour area was close. Cleaning was not good, dust here and dust there. In standar room you have no fridge, no coffee/tea possibilites, and no ventilation. That means you have to open the window facing tha main street, with lots of traffic noise...

Staff super slow took 20 mins to check in and had to call hotel to get in

The hotel is right outside the main train station, practically next door. The hotel service was impeccable. The lovely staff mentioned there was no business center, but they could print documents for us free of charge. A four-star hotel at a five-star price—is it because of the view from Münster? The breakfast was typical of European hotels.

The room was great. There was a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge in the room. I had a small problem and reported it to reception; a solution was found immediately. The breakfast was very good and there was something for every taste.

The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay.

Good hotel, location parking breakfast... Good hotel. Friendly staff, but there was a problem with the food when, contrary to the information I received, the Kleiner Kiepenkerl kitchen was closing at 9 pm and not at 10 pm. It's a shame, especially when I asked about it.

Close to train station, but very quiet (5th floor room). Clean nice room. Very nice breakfast spread. Very convenient for walking into the old town, museums, restaurants, sights. Staff was very helpful.

The bathroom smelled a lot like mold in the bathroom. After opening windows it got better it seemed along time closed. The breakfast was not bad but if I have to pay 23 €by person and than wait before it's my turn to get a coffee out of the machine it's not the best service. Even one machine for the whole breakfast arrea could be some more. The location is central but having a disco behind the hotel...

Little gem in the heart of Münster A beautifully styled hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Quiet and relaxed restaurant and bar. Great breakfast with a large choice including plenty of gluten free options. Just make sure you check out the pillow menu for the best night's sleep!

We stayed at room 503 in the annex, which was noisy at night due to the neighbour and had the tiniest shower. The room really felt 3 stars, not 4. The hotel is far away from the city and its restaurant had a limited offer.

A very quaint, old-world, classy property with a nice breakfast. Our family suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. The only downside was the WiFi - the signal was either very weak or didn’t work at all. Otherwise, a pleasant and peaceful stay.

We just stayed overnight as we were travelling by car from Paris to Stockholm. The hotel was very comfortable and the surroundings are fantastic. A very good breakfast - one of the best I've had. My daughter and family have also booked Parkhotel Hohenfeld in Munster when they travel to Sweden.

The swimming pool is more than disappointing. The pictures give the impression of a much larger pool. The whole area is very outdated. We were accommodated in an annex and therefore had to change in the pool area. Unfortunately, there are no lockers for our clothes. Unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

I had a wonderful experience at the Factory Hotel Münster! The location is ideal, close to everything yet tucked away enough for a peaceful stay. Great Stay. The Factory Hotel was a great stay. Nicely incorporated in old factory buildings. Patina, but fresh renovation. Great rooms. Enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was hard to find. The room’s are spacious and clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Not many choice’s on the menu. Just outside the hotel were a lot of restaurants. It took 40 minutes to walk to the city centre. Ok for a night stop

Hotels, what to expect: clean, good bed, room not too cramped, good ventilation/airco/heating and friendly staff. All this was all 'delivered' and made us feel welcome and we had a comfortable enjoyable stay. Breakfast buffet offered a lot of choices to enjoy the start of the day. Nice touch as welcome a bottle still and sparkling water and mints. Our room had a balcony which was much appreciated so...

Nice experience in Munster. The design of the building itself is great, we were discovering new features on every floor. For the room it is good, big and have a nice little balcony to sit on. Was only missing a second chair to sit outside together. See myself staying here again for my next visit to Munster.

Great place to stay to explore Munster This hotel is in a great position opposite the railway station. Plenty of restaurants nearby to explore. Staff were very friendly and professional. Fantastic choice of food at breakfast

It is OK, rooms are clean, the reception was helpful but it is at the end of the day a train station hotel. Stay there if not more than one night.

The most adorable thing about Hotel Conti is its retro feel: the 90s decor, the hefty room keys that you leave at the front desk, the tiny Euro-shower that leaks water through the door seal. It is clean, and functional, and very well situated just across from the Bahnhof. Could be loud if facing the road, but my room faced the back and was very quiet.

The first night me and my daughter got two rooms that was with wall to wall carpet and it smelled like mold. We didn’t get much sleep that night. The next morning I went to the front desk and asked if they had some rooms with

Nice hotel on "the other side of the railway station" as seen from the old city. My room was in an annex behind the main building. That was a converted residential house with the staircase intact. It was a nice clean room In front of the annex is some parking space for residents only

Very clean, extremely quiet and comfortable, friendly helpful staff and a nice bar area open late. Very accessible to shops, restaurants and train station and lots of parking options. I would definitely consider ibis for future stays.

I stayed in this hotel few times before. Very good location, clean, good breakfast, really not much to complain about. Good bed, clean, nice bathroom, solid chain hotel and for those driving there is a next door public garage.

Overall is satisfied, the location is near to train station, nearby 10mins walk can go to Lidl and nearby have several restaurants

A somewhat dated hotel with a great location on the lake. Top staff, good breakfast, regional minibar, clean, good beds. TV, Nespresso machine, pad for surfing, online services for check-in & out... We would book again.

The room was old but spacious and clean. Only saw staff to check in and out but that was all . They come to clean the rooms too early as they are knocking on the door at 8:30. Had kettle but no tea or coffee. Supermarket across the road and lots of eateries around. Close to the train station and old town.

We requested a late checkin as we did not arrive till after 10pm. Staff was very accomodating and it went without a hitch. Great view from our 5th floor rooms.

A small boutique hotel in about 10-minute walking distance from the central station. Great location, wonderful facilities and lovely guest rooms. The only downside is, you don't get room upgrade and also no free breakfast included even for most premium members. Fortunuately hotel is very close to the down center where you can easily find shopping, markets and food eateries so you can easily walk over...

The three of us stayed at the Marco Polo Hotel in Münster and were very satisfied. Everything was clean and comfortable, and we felt completely at ease. The breakfast, in particular, was excellent and a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

Trip to Germany Conveniently close to the main station. Quiet. Room clean. Breakfast plentiful. The only downside was that there was no hot water.

Arriving at the hotel in a shabby street behind the station it is easy to think you have made a bad choice. The building and room are then a big surprise - clean, spacious and comfortable albeit a little basic (eg no tea/coffee facilities.) On balance I would choose a hotel on the other side of the station for a future visit.

It was convenient to the sights we were interested in visiting. The breakfast was good. When checking in, there was no one to help us. We had to search for the reception area (on fourth floor). The room was very small.

An okay and no-noncense Hotel. Bit old fouurnature but good beds and everything okay. Street is very noisy at night but by closing all windows you dont hear it. Hotel is close to station and to city center so for us it was perfect. breakfast buffet was simpel but mondays till saturdays there are a lot of bakeries which offer breakfast.

When traveling on a budget in Münster you should really consider the Windhorst Hotel. Less then a 5 minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof it's in a great location. The staff is fantastic and the rooms are quiet and clean. The young man why works the from desk, Gerde (please forgive my spelling if that's incorrect) is very helpful and quick with suggestions. My experience was extremely positive. Münster's main train station is within walking distance, making the hotel's location ideal for using public transport. The service fully met my expectations: towels, soap, and toilet paper were always readily available. However, the area is very lively, even late at night. This wasn't a problem for me personally, but it could be a potential drawback for other guests

There's no dedicated reception at the hotel. You have to check in at another hotel. It's okay, but it can take longer. The staff, however, are very friendly. The elevator at the Horstmann Hotel is out of order. The rooms are clean, spacious, and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is a bit dated, but clean and fully functional. Small Rooms with little space. Feels more like a Hostel. But people there are nice and the breakfast is good.

This castle is a little jem. Magnificent setting, impressive building with lovely rooms. The dinner and breakfast were excellent and the staff were friendly and efficient. Wish we'd had more time to explore. A very successful, satisfying and surprising overnight stay.

Serenity and quiet seeker are welcome A bit outside of Münster, so you need a car. The hotel is set in a historic castle, surrounded by gardens and water and has a upper class restaurant. I felt welcomed from the first moment and would recommend it without reservation. However, next time I would rather stay on the first floor as the ground floor rooms can be seen from the parking area.

Lovely place, lovely dinner. But woke up at six in the morning with very painful stomach trouble. Had not eaten anything else on the day in question, as I usually only eat dinner. When I mentioned this after I had paid, the receptionist just laughed!

Stayed here for the fourth time last week. This time there was three of us and we got a studio in the annex, at the top of the building with a lovely balcony overlooking the moat and surrounds. Restaurant is very good, bit like eating in an art gallery.

A very nice, simple hotel, with excellent service. The hotel restaurant was closed due to COVID but the owner made me a schenken dinner, which I thought was above and beyond good service. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. What now could I ask for?
