Manager at reception was very helpful and friendly. My room booking via booking.com was for a wrong date (my mistake) and he fixed it. Amazing and very much appreciated.

A 4 star hotel that feels more like a 3 star. No coffee machine in the room (only a cattle with instant coffee), undersized television, shower water temperature fluctuations, no drinking water in the gym. Overall the hotel feels outdated. Room size and service are decent. Location is very good.

Come on Mövenpick, 32 Euros for breakfast now? That is neither reasonable nor acceptable, just strip off. I hope you will do better in the future.

We stayed to attend a show at Skaters Palace. For this, the location was perfect — less than 1km walk to venue. Parking was free, but EV charging required a membership to SW Münster, so we weren’t able to charge our car, which was annoying. Breakfast was very good. Very nice, big showers. Clean rooms. Not the quietest as it’s right next to the Kongresszentrum. Rooms on the parking lot side are worse...

No air condition in the room, but outside it´s on the weekend nights very noisy, so you can´t really open a window to the front.

Average, get a room away from the main road! Plenty of parking space at E 5, not too bad. Modern hotel in good shape.A 20 min walk to the city centre, but the harbour area was close. Cleaning was not good, dust here and dust there. In standar room you have no fridge, no coffee/tea possibilites, and no ventilation. That means you have to open the window facing tha main street, with lots of traffic noise...

The hotel is right outside the main train station, practically next door. The hotel service was impeccable. The lovely staff mentioned there was no business center, but they could print documents for us free of charge. A four-star hotel at a five-star price—is it because of the view from Münster? The breakfast was typical of European hotels.

The room was great. There was a kettle, a coffee machine and a fridge in the room. I had a small problem and reported it to reception; a solution was found immediately. The breakfast was very good and there was something for every taste.

The hotel was in a good area, close to the city center, very walkable. The room wasn't large but it was clean and laid out very well. Lots of well planned storage options with built-in drawers and cupboards. The parking was convenient, under the hotel, tight spaces and entry/exit if you have a larger vehicle, otherwise clean and safe. It was very quiet and comfortable stay.

Good hotel, location parking breakfast... Good hotel. Friendly staff, but there was a problem with the food when, contrary to the information I received, the Kleiner Kiepenkerl kitchen was closing at 9 pm and not at 10 pm. It's a shame, especially when I asked about it.

Muenster Stadthotel Great location, close to the downtown core, as well as a nice walk to the Schloss and the University. I did not park a car here. The breakfast was very good, lots of choices, and fully functional both when crowded and uncrowded. (In the elevator they have an expected timetable for breakfast busyness.) I took advantage of the quite nice sauna a couple of times. Would recommend.

The bathroom smelled a lot like mold in the bathroom. After opening windows it got better it seemed along time closed. The breakfast was not bad but if I have to pay 23 €by person and than wait before it's my turn to get a coffee out of the machine it's not the best service. We stayed at room 503 in the annex, which was noisy at night due to the neighbour and had the tiniest shower. The room really felt 3 stars, not 4. The hotel is far away from the city and its restaurant had a limited offer.

A very quaint, old-world, classy property with a nice breakfast. Our family suite was spacious and comfortable, perfect for traveling with kids. The only downside was the WiFi - the signal was either very weak or didn’t work at all. Otherwise, a pleasant and peaceful stay.

We just stayed overnight as we were travelling by car from Paris to Stockholm. The hotel was very comfortable and the surroundings are fantastic. A very good breakfast - one of the best I've had. My daughter and family have also booked Parkhotel Hohenfeld in Munster when they travel to Sweden.

The swimming pool is more than disappointing. The pictures give the impression of a much larger pool. The whole area is very outdated. We were accommodated in an annex and therefore had to change in the pool area. Unfortunately, there are no lockers for our clothes. Unacceptable for a 4-star hotel.

Great Stay. The Factory Hotel was a great stay. Nicely incorporated in old factory buildings. Patina, but fresh renovation. Great rooms. Enjoyed the stay.

The hotel was hard to find. The room’s are spacious and clean. We didn’t eat in the hotel. Not many choice’s on the menu. Just outside the hotel were a lot of restaurants. It took 40 minutes to walk to the city centre. Ok for a night stop

Nice experience in Munster. The design of the building itself is great, we were discovering new features on every floor. For the room it is good, big and have a nice little balcony to sit on. Was only missing a second chair to sit outside together. See myself staying here again for my next visit to Munster.

For us the location was perfect just a 10 minute walk to the wedding reception. The courtyard with the different restaurants was really handy, and the staff were great at guving us details of the bus routes to get into the city centre. Great location and very comfortable rooms. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. The hotel has an interesting architecture with floor to ceiling windows and very high ceiling public spaces which give a nice atmosphere. There is a parking garage below it and most city center locations are walking distance. Parking costs extra.

Probably the most luxurious hotel in all of Münster. Stayed on several occasions for work related trips. Very friendly staff, wheelchair accessible, top-notch restaurant and jaw dropping skylounge. Hotel rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable.

h4 is located right inside the altstadt. Everything is within walking distance away. There is already a big public carpark below the hotel - making it very convenient. The rooms are clean and modern.

It is OK, rooms are clean, the reception was helpful but it is at the end of the day a train station hotel. Stay there if not more than one night.

The most adorable thing about Hotel Conti is its retro feel: the 90s decor, the hefty room keys that you leave at the front desk, the tiny Euro-shower that leaks water through the door seal. It is clean, and functional, and very well situated just across from the Bahnhof. Could be loud if facing the road, but my room faced the back and was very quiet.

Nice hotel on "the other side of the railway station" as seen from the old city. My room was in an annex behind the main building. That was a converted residential house with the staircase intact. It was a nice clean room In front of the annex is some parking space for residents only

The guy at the front desk could not have been nicer. He was just absolutely lovely. We arrived at c. 9:30pm. He was chipper and checked us in quickly. He noticed we had brought restaurant food and offered to get us cutlery and napkins. When we got to the room, we noticed it was fitted out with linens for only 1 person. We called him. He had them sent up immediately. The room was huge. My only complaint...

Great service , and great rooms just a bit far outside of the town centre

The hotel looks new and clean. My room was very large, as was the double bed and the TV. The bathroom was standard for a new hotel. I didn't have breakfast, as more than €20 was beyond my reach! The staff was friendly.

Large room, very comfortable bed. My request for no down pillows or quilts was respected. Breakfast great including lactose-free products. I had a meeting nearby in the morning and was allowed to leave my car in the carpark (costs extra) until midday.

I stayed in this hotel few times before. Very good location, clean, good breakfast, really not much to complain about. Good bed, clean, nice bathroom, solid chain hotel and for those driving there is a next door public garage.

This hotel was magical. A beautiful, old hotel reimagined with modern conveniences. Set in the amazing hamlet of Handorf, it provided a fantastically unique opportunity to explore and enjoy an authentic German experience. 12/10 would go again.

We have stayed in this hotel many times over the years and always enjoyed it. The staff, especially, have always been great and made us feel welcome.

We had a team event in the hotel. The menu was chosen by the hotel and food was beating expectations. Rooms are charming, location kept and with lots of flair. The only improbable element is the fitness room ;-), but again, close by great running opportunity.

We booked a Family room (big) and our sons got their own room with real single beds which was great after sharing a bed sofa at many hotels the night before. Great with a small kitchenette to be able to fix some meals. Expect of the grass green mat the hotel was very clean.

Arriving at the hotel in a shabby street behind the station it is easy to think you have made a bad choice. The building and room are then a big surprise - clean, spacious and comfortable albeit a little basic (eg no tea/coffee facilities.) On balance I would choose a hotel on the other side of the station for a future visit.

It was convenient to the sights we were interested in visiting. The breakfast was good. When checking in, there was no one to help us. We had to search for the reception area (on fourth floor). The room was very small.

An okay and no-noncense Hotel. Bit old fouurnature but good beds and everything okay. Street is very noisy at night but by closing all windows you dont hear it. Hotel is close to station and to city center so for us it was perfect. breakfast buffet was simpel but mondays till saturdays there are a lot of bakeries which offer breakfast.

Nice and clean, has all the amenities you need. My only criticism is that each room has its own small boiler in the bathroom. Not a problem as such but if you don't turn it up to full and shower quickly you will run out of hot water. My partner and I could not shower at the same time because of this. Had to leave a break of at least half an hour to make sure the water was hot again for the next one...
