There are, however, two aspects that kept me from giving a full 5 stars. Although the hotel is not far from the town center, the immediate surroundings feel rather inhospitable. Additionally, when we arrived around 21:00, there was no one at the reception. We had to search for the key box ourselves, which, despite the instructions sent by email, was a bit stressful after a long trip. It felt somewhat impersonal and lacked the typical warm welcome you would expect in such a charming hotel.
Overall, it’s a clean, comfortable, and pleasant place to stay, but with a few details that could be improved to make the experience feel more personal and welcoming.
On a funny note, we arrived late and, a bit lost, thought we could ask the people sitting outside in their chairs for directions — only to discover, as we got closer, that they were just mannequins!
Incredibly clean hotel, large rooms, friendly staff, nice Sauna, good location. Took off a star as some rooms don't have air.
Lots of parking spaces, large double rooms, comfy beds, easy to reach, next to a large supermarket, 5 min walk to downtown, not all rooms have airco, good service
