The location is great, and it's a well-established chain hotel. It has all the amenities you'd expect from its time, so it's a reliable choice for business trips. The front desk even helped me mail a package for free. Thumbs up!

The room was small. At 3800 a night during the exhibition, they didn't even provide bottled water.

The room was great and the room service was prompt and friendly. All the staff were cool and really nice, especially the assistant front office manager on duty on the morning of 2 May and the front office person who spoke a bit of Japanese. When I arrived my room was not ready so I had to an hour after plus the bedsheets wear not clean enough and the decker sheets was so small to cover me and my partner. I called earlier in the morning to do late check out due to lack of sleep and serious headache and noise that some people were making in the the corridor . A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! I angrily expressed that I wouldn't pay the fee, and then they told me there was a room available for check-in without any charge! I've never encountered this before with Japan Airlines! Now that I know your economy is bad, when did Germans become so greedy!

The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

The hotel's location is excellent, making it super convenient to get around. There's even a direct pathway from the hotel restaurant that leads right to the river for a pleasant stroll. This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return.

The place is awesome and maintenance is good. Its near public transportation and easily accessible via tram and s bahn. Receptionist were nice and welcoming.

I spent there 2 nights, and I didnt like it at all, room is big and nice however the AC is very far from the sleeping area and you can barely feel the air. Bathroom has a very stink smell we were feeling that we were in a bathroom in the street and when we complained, they offered a small bottle of a perfume which changed the smell a little and the smell came back again Location is good next to transportation

Stayed here for one night. The hotel looked modern and spacious. The room had a good size but it was very warm at night. The best part of the stay was the breakfast, which was served in a spacious area, with a lot of option for bread, pastries, even with a pancake machine. The distance to stay during the exhibition is simply not great. You can go back and rest after work. It is also very convenient to take a car. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine.
