the location of the hotel was great as it was so close to the christmas markets and city centre and train statio. the staff were very friendly and helpful and tried to provide us with whatever we needed. however, sometimes the cleanliness of the rooms were not as consistent, but this is not a big issue since we could call them up to rectify and they were willing to do so.

Very close to the exhibition hall. Not far from the airport either. You need to take the tram to go to the city. Health: good Good environment The service was excellent. Rich breakfast. The price is average.

The distance to stay during the exhibition is simply not great. You can go back and rest after work. It is also very convenient to take a car. It takes about ten minutes to get to the city center. The only thing that is not good is the food. There are too few places to eat around. The buffet style in the hotel restaurant is not too much, and everything else is fine.

It is actually a real hotel with a lobby and a swimming pool (it is best not to go there), which is rare in Germany, although it is very old.

A hotel that costs over 100 euros a night charged 50 euros for checking in 3 hours early! The hotel has a great location in Düsseldorf, close to Japan Street, Königstraße, and the train station. Prices fluctuated a bit; the price dropped the day after I booked it. Perhaps this is common for hotels in Düsseldorf, which has many convention centers. The room facilities were average; the sink drained slowly, but otherwise it was fine.

Excellent staff, we were upgraded to a better room after reporting problems with the air conditioning. Very quiet and comfortable, great bed, nice breakfast, BBC tv available. One of the best stays I’ve had in Düsseldorf so far – I will definitely stay again! The receptionists were fantastic, and the room was amazing. The only downsides were that parking came at an extra cost of €30 per day, which felt a bit expensive, and the air-conditioning didn’t seem to work properly at night, making the room uncomfortably hot and affecting my sleep.

Really enjoyed our one night staycation there. Got updated rooms and had really nice and calming view there. Our son and parents really enjoyed staying there. Friendly staff and easy check in, the room was spacious with comfortable beds and pillows. The room was very hot which the AC didn't help with a lot but opening the window helped - the thick blackout curtains kept it dark but also kept the heat in! This was our second stay at the NH Hotel Düsseldorf City Nord, and we were very happy with our visit. Our room was very spacious, clean, and quiet, and even included coffee. The bed was incredibly comfortable. There were always snacks and water available in the lobby during check-in and check-out. The staff was exceptionally friendly. We would gladly return.

It is on the west side of the exhibition center, and it takes about 10 minutes to walk to the north entrance. There is shampoo, but no conditioner. There is hand sanitizer and body lotion, but no soap. There is a kettle. The weather is super dry. The same temperature is about 10 degrees higher than that in coastal cities in China.

The room I booked for the exhibition is across the street from the exhibition hall, which is very convenient. The restaurant and bar inside are good value for money, and there is also a sauna. The only thing is that the hotel's underground parking lot is too expensive at 32 euros a day. Others are ok.

The hotel is very close to the Cologne Exhibition Hall, and it only takes a few minutes to walk there. The receptionist is very friendly. Though the staff (a woman) at the reception told me to “take a step back” when i approached the counter to check-out and i was a little bit in a hurry because i was late to leave to the airport and the uber taxi was waiting outside.
