great hotel with great customer service!

Room was so nice, bathroom is big and has bathtub. Worth the stay, price was cheap as it also includes breakfast. View from the room is perfect.

Not particularly attractive from the outside, but the interior is well-equipped and the hotel itself is very nice. The location was good for my needs, and public transport is very close. The reception was nice, but there was one major drawback: when I arrived home from work at 4:30 a.m. and wanted to check into the hotel, the door was locked and there was no system in place to open it with my card. Reception didn't warn me about this, and the hotel only opens until midnight. So I had to stand in the cold until morning because I couldn't get to my room, and I didn't get the sleep I needed.

Very nice staff. Breakfast is a bomb. SAUNA is also mega. Only the swimming pool is too cold for the water. But otherwise everything was great

Centrally located hotel, friendly staff, delicious breakfast! The room was very small and a bit old, which you know when you book the hotel. For a 3-star hotel you absolutely shouldn't complain. Even a pool and a small sauna on the roof.
Here and there you can still work on the cleanliness, but I don't want to complain and can recommend the hotel.

Despite the renewed change of ownership still to be recommended. Unfortunately in the evening without a restaurant and bar. Breakfast buffet is sufficient and is always freshly supplemented. The only downside for me are the rolls. You shouldn't save at the wrong end when it comes to quality. Staff as on previous visits, always very friendly and competent.

The staff, reception and breakfast are all great. The room would be fine...but the heat was oppressive with no aircon.Opening the windows made little difference
As a result it was difficult to sleep .
The parking was convenient and the hotel is 10 minute walk to the city centre shops and the old town and University .
