Beautiful hotel and great staff. The surrounding town is amazing.

I didn't see any spa facilities. Parking was difficult, and the price was too high.

Nice hotel! Rooms are clean and modern. The Hotel also has a guesthouse with rooms for families. In those rooms you have the ability to cook your own food.

Exceeded expectations! Rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. Location is great! Cute area, nice to walk around, Very German. Definitely would be back! Breakfast was ok, bread, cheese, ham, bit of fruit , juice , coffee , water. It has a gym, tiny but does the job.

Friendly reception, quick check-in. Nice room. View of the parking lot. Comfortable, large bed. Water pressure in the shower was a bit weak. Water temperature sometimes fluctuated between hot and ice-cold. The shampoo in the shower was empty.

Very friendly staff. Amazing breakfast. Average room, but clean. 1 lift for all; stairs area tends to smell of cigarette smoke since downstairs door to rear garden is open most of the time. I had a standard room which means it was to the front where the train tracks are. I didn't actually find the occasional train passing by to be as noisy as people had warned me about. The criteria for choosing this hotel was that it was within walking distance of the train station. This is a simple hotel very close to the railway line, the outside is not very inviting and the interior is showing its age. The service is good and the room is reasonably spacious, but the breakfast buffet gave the impression of having been stocked by a discounter.

I can't say much, because we only slept there for 1 night. Everything was fine, the room was nice and clean

Second time here, and would stay again. It’s about a 10 min walk from train station. Handy for direct trains back to Düsseldorf or Köln, if attending events there. Clean and comfortable rooms. Downside is if you have the windows open you will hear trains. Breakfast buffet pretty good for a small extra cost

My fiance and i visited my grandparents for a couple of days here in Remscheid. This place, Hotel König, is underrated! The service, the rooms, the breakfast. For such a small amount of money. We are coming back, for sure! - Daniel

Code access, parking, small gym. Location were perfect for me since i needed to stay nearby the hospital. However, edges of the bed was dirty.

We booked "Deluxe Junior Suite" as there were 3 of us; according to Booking.com, there should be one single bed and one double bed - the single bed was in fact sofa bed, but still comfortable. Very nice room, nice concept. Breakfast was good as well. Clean rooms, wifi free, just the pillows were not so comfortable for me. Less parking places,, but I think was a very nice stay.

Rooms and hotel were very clean and very attractive. I found the problem-free check-in very good. Unfortunately only limited parking spaces. If these are occupied, there is no possibility of parking nearby.

Old looking house with perfect rooms, modern combined with old works really well, large bathrooms with stylish bath, shower, comfortable bed. Yummy breakfast with a wide choice of food. Recommended!

Just super, the food and the room you have to finally move in a bathroom where the shower and the stomach. The staff is always happy to return.
