Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. It is located 2km from Bad Ems, in Fachbach most restaurants were closed,but in Bad Ems there is a variety of restaurants. Very friendly staff and a very reasonable price.

A very good place to stay. Set in a very nice and quiet area handy for several Rhine castles and Coblenz. We stayed in the chalet which was very nice. It was very clean and comfortable. The pub serves excellent beer and food. The breakfast is well worth having. The only problem was it was a bit noisy Saturday night.

We were looking for a quiet German town for a place to sleep. Toby and his staff were accommodating and the food was delicious.

We had a great room, it had a balcony. The Receptionist is very kind and gave us a freindly welcome. Beautiful located, great view, room can get dark and it was quiet. The service can be really improved tho regarding their breakfast department. Clearing tables restocking items, drinks and food etc.

We wouldn't recommend it. The rooms felt like they were straight out of the 70s, the sauna area was very moldy, and the shower was barely held together by limescale and sheer luck. Unfortunately, the only redeeming features were the very hot sauna and the evening buffet.

My in-laws spent a wonderful week here and went on bike rides. They were more than happy with everything! We also stopped by briefly and enjoyed an iced coffee on the terrace. Very good! And very cozy!

The hotel is exactly what you'd expect, but on a positive note, the rooms are quiet and simply furnished. Air conditioning would have been nice, as it got very hot, making it virtually impossible for us to stay in our room from midday to evening. The food is good, sometimes a bit too much meat, in my opinion, but otherwise really excellent.

The breakfast and the varied evening buffet were very good (the best so far in any BSW hotel we've stayed in), and the staff is very friendly and attentive. The room is okay, but the bathroom, and especially the shower, are quite small, and the mattresses are very hard. The city center is easily accessible, and the train (a free train ticket is provided) provides quick access to the surrounding towns

Very clean hotel with a great view (located on a hill) in a quiet area. Nice, cozy beer garden. Large, quiet rooms with comfortable beds and a small but functional bathroom. Super friendly service and reception staff! The breakfast buffet leaves nothing to be desired, as does the cold and warm evening buffet. All in all, a super relaxing holiday in a great environment.

The rooms vary in size. Our room was very large, but the bathroom was very small. But it didn't bother us since we're out and about most of the time anyway. Beautiful location and lovely views. Nice , natural smells by infusions in the sauna area. Good, hot Aufgüsse provided by a professional Bader master. Tasty and affordable food in the restaurant. Fast service. I really liked the salt infusion room and back heated seats. What I didn't like: people smoking everywhere outside: there was no designated smoking area. So, you jus relaxing after a sauna ceremony...

The rooms are ok and clean. Showering in the bathtub is not suitable for everyone. The breakfast needs a lot of improvement!!. Sunday it was good, Monday and Tuesday we had the leftovers from Sunday (sausage was brown and dried out, but was reissued after a complaint). Coffee no longer hot and cheese selection not particularly great. The staff was really nice.

Even though we made a reservation the night before, we showed up and they had our reservation for over a month away. Most of the information on our form was wrong, took about 45 minutes to finally get a room.

This hotel was a wonderful sanctuary a little removed from Bad Elms. Beautiful 42 hiking trails offered history and hiking. The owners were amazing! No need to go out for a meal....the food was superb and sunset drinks on the patio were the perfect way to take in the sunset. We are going back for sure.

The rooms are beautiful and clean. I stayed here 3 years ago and loved it. I come back every year to use the terrace and enjoy the scenery of the beautiful golf court and it's flowers. Lunch is good and fair prices too.

This was a great stop for us. Although a little dated and the hotel could do with an overhaul it was clean, staff were outstanding, a lovely park area and lots of walks. The hotel is right on a public transport system so the bus collects you from the carpark. Great addition. Our only problem was the water pressure but we noticed them working on this. The balcony was great for sunsets and sunrise...

The hotel's location is fantastic and the rooms are very clean. Ample free parking is available for all types of cars. The staff is incredibly friendly and patient. Breakfast... absolutely delicious! It had everything you could possibly want.

Great place to stay for a day, surrounded by nature. The city is a bit far away, but you know. We had no hot water all morning, so we were there overnight and couldn't shower. Unfortunately, we told reception, but they can't arrange this. A bit strange. The interior is a bit dated and could really use an update.

The sheets were kinda rough and the blinds didn't worked, but the room had curtains that did the job (if you don't have problem with the light you'll be OK) There's a train station near the hotel (8min walking) that takes you to the central or any other spot

Overall, it was a pleasant stay for us, and we enjoyed the sunset on our diner with the view of the rhein at their restaurant. Breakfast was fine with lots of variety foods. Evening walk along the Rhein by the hotel make it more romantic. And at the pool, it was warm in the room but still nice to swim.

So far we have been there twice: Dinner with 4 people - everyone was very satisfied with the food and drinks. Breakfast with 2 people - we had a very rich breakfast / brunch, designated for 2 - 3 people at a price of 29.90 € plus drinks. Very nicely presented! The eye eats too ;-) A fourth person would have been fed up with it, but there were only two of us. Perhaps this breakfast should be reduced...

The quality of the food was very good and it tasted delicious. The waiting time and for food and drinks was unfortunately a little longer due to the lack of staff, but this was made up for by the extreme friendliness. Overall, the stay was very pleasant and we look forward to seeing you again.

We were right above the entrance and were woken several times during the night by guests leaving/arriving around midnight, 03:10 and 06:00.

Stayed here for 2 nights in the gasthaus. Food was great fresh and cooked with care. Service was oké. The room was very warm. An airco or ventilator would be an great improvement. Breakfast was okay. Do not use the back off products but fresh from the backer the breakfast would be 4 stars. This is an ideal place to visit Koblenz. Just a short ride to the city.

Myself, my boyfriend and our puppy had such a lovely stay here in August! I must admit the pictures are a little misleading however the staff really went above and beyond for us. We stayed one night while passing through and our puppy is not so great at being left alone yet... the morning staff allowed us to sit in our own section of the restaurant in the morning so we could eat breakfast and bring...

Really nice and chilled place. They even got a piano you can play on! Unfortunately I didn't have the time to visit the restaurant, but looks like a place where you can eat good food! The beds are very comfortable and if you like to take a walk, the Rhein River is just about 15 min down the hill.

The hotel was nice and cozy in a calm location. The personnel do not speak almost at all English but they are friendly and patient so the language was not a barrier. The food was excellent in the dinner and the breakfast was generous and tasty. I will definitely go back.

This property is excellent overall both location and service wise. Only reason I'm not giving it a 5 star is because the heater was not working. It was a chilly and rainy night but heat was not available. It's the property's responsibility to test if heaters are functional when cooler weather is approaching. They provided extra blankets which was sufficient to keeps us warm.

The riverside hotel is quite old, and the room decor is also dated; it's just average.

An OK hotel with a bit outdated rooms but clean and also kind staff. Airco is noisy and doesn't work so very good. TV is small and far away from the bed. The remote was filthy. Price is good. Neighborhood is also quite old. But being so close to the Rhein makes up for it all. The restaurant is very nice and more modern.

A fantastic family run hotel, very friendly owners and staff. If we are going to the Rhine Valley we only go if there are rooms available here. The junior suites are great, very comfortable and spacious, room 404 is our favourite. Breakfast is more than ample. Quite simply, we love staying here.

We stayed at this location for its convenience to the downtown area of Koblenz. It was a great location to walking to the old town, and the river. My wife and I enjoyed two very comfortable nights and excellent service, as we visted the beautiful and historic town of Koblenz for a weekend break, along with the members of four Rotary Clubs. We couldn't have wished for a better hotel.

It was definitely a room. Very basic. Parking is very limited, and it is hard to drive to. I had to park a ways away and pay for it. The breakfast was ok, nothing to write home about.

Incredible hotel. May not look like much from outside. The dining area is beautifully done. The service is attentive. Our room (44) was large with air conditioning and very very quiet. Hotel Brenner is an independent hotel. It is small and intimate. No higher than five floors and a small lift. The lift is just about larger than a typical shower stall. German-style Continental Breakfast is provided: breads, rolls, cereals, cold cuts, cheeses, yogurt and quark. I would describe the dining room as a salon. It was naturally well lit with sunshine from floor-to-ceiling windows...

Our room was very clean, large and modern. There is a garage for bicycles to safely store your bike overnight. The hotel is close to the train station. The breakfast was decent, but you cannot use the coffee machine yourself and the coffee was watered down.

Great hotel with friendly, helpful, efficient and flexible staff. We stayed over night here with our two cats on our way from France to Denmark and the staff went out of their way to make it easy for us. Comfortable beds too.

The hotel is very clean and the staff nice and always willing to help you. Their parking spot was very crowded but they took your car to the parking place a couple of streets away and they bring it back when you requested. The only minus is that they don't have a mini fridge in the room.

We had an amazing stay at the Brenner. Everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating and made you feel like a valued guest. The room itself was far beyond what I could have imagined. Spacious, modern, well-maintained with a huge bathroom and a balcony looking out to Rizzastraße. The hotel itself is a few minutes walk from the train station, and the team at the Brenner are more than happy to recommend...

Overall, it's a decent hotel. The room is spacious, but there's a slight odor in the bathroom. The staff are friendly and helpful.

It was ok for 1 night. I wouldn’t stay there for longer. The room was spacious but old. You get a carpet floor, old school furniture and overall tired room. Parking isn’t free. We parked outside on the street eventually.

Overall good value for money and great location, we were able to walk to most places and easily take any transportation when needed. Place is clean and staff is helpful. My only issue was the very slow internet.

Stay was pleasant with convenience as its prime value since it is so close to the train station. The AC/Inverter was not working too well throughout our stay but could still make do by opening the windows for some ventilation/cool air.

The hotel is conveniently located, with the main bus stop right outside the window. It's also close to the city center. The cleanliness is excellent.

The hotel is located in front of Koblenz Central Station, making it easy to visit sightseeing spots and eat out. The room, service, and breakfast were all satisfactory, and I have no complaints. The hotel has a parking lot connected to the station, where you can park at the guest price.

Close to the train station, only a few minutes' walk away. The air conditioning in the hotel is average, not cold enough, nice in the morning. You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes. There are restaurants nearby. Convenient

The hotel has no personnel on site, but the communication via email was adequate enough. The room was "funky" (in a good way) and the property is close to everything one needs (restaurants, shopping, etc.). There is no parking on-site and the public parking garages are not super close, so when one has a lot of luggage, it's less convenient.

My husband and I visited this place while on a cycle trip across Europe. It was in a great location for the shops, restaurants, and cafe bars. The room was spacious with everything you would need and a few little extras. Electronic check in was ok. Beds were comfortable, we slept well. We enjoyed our stay

I liked how they gave the hotel room names, not just room numbers. I wish my room looked the same as the room pictured in the ads. mine looked "older". my room was very clean and I liked having the kitchenette. I think the instructions to enter the building could be a little clearer. I was quite jetlagged, and it took me a while to figure out which of the three keypads to use to enter the building...

Good location but some weaknesses Zanzibar room is very noisy even with windows closed. Although the kitchen is reasonably well equipped it was not workable. There were only 2 PowerPoints over the sink and no bench space so you had to move each appliance to be able to use the other. If we wanted to use the microwave we had to sit it on top of the stage so we couldn’t use the cooktop. Suggest that either...

Only worry is the cleaners aren’t working for the hotel. They are a separate entity. Any issues and from desk tells you to Email them about it. My lap top was damaged. Was covered by my apple care….but what a night mare if not.

It's close to the Hauptbahnhof. Stayed here for 2 nights. Room smelled funky. But apart from that , yeah everything you would expect of a hotel with these many stars.

Room was ok, hotel’s location was good (near the station). The air conditioning was a bit on the weak side, one of the pillows was too soft, there were no hand towels. The room's lock stopped working (allegedly ran out of battery), and the reception guy had to let us in manually twice (he was also the only staff member on the premises, but very helpful).

The room is suitable, clean, and not too noisy. I asked the front desk to move from the first floor to the third floor. The facilities are simple, there is no drawer paper, especially the lack of a kettle, which is very inconvenient. The price is a bit expensive

It was a decent hotel, everything worked. The linens were clean, and the windows overlooked the train station, so you could hear the announcements.

Great hotel with affordable price. Nice room and clean. Located near to the Koblenz station. One thing that we are dissatisfied is that we can’t entrusted the luggage while strolling around the city after check out. But there are lockers rented in the station so it’s ok.

The receptionist was awesome. Clear and concise. Good location for site seeing, easy access from train station. Room was clean. Just a little warm for what i am used to, as it only had Windows for breeze.

The room was better than I expected, although the facilities were a bit old, but it was good value for the price. It was also quite clean. It's very close to the central train station; you can see it as soon as you exit the station and turn left. Breakfast was acceptable.

Convenient, easy access to most public transports. Foods and drinks are just a walk way. Very nice view & place to stay for a very short visit.

The room was clean, the room was quiet, staff was friendly and helpful in gettin us a cab to the Hauptbahnhof. Great location close to the Christmas markets!

Staff were very friendly and informative. Location was great and parking was secure. Rooms were clean and fit for our purpose which was just for sleeping. Curtains in the room only covered maybe half the width of the window but the external shutters blocked most light. This may be an issue if you want a lie in. Friday night was a little noisy given its location on Main Street but this died down...

Our room was not next to the road, so it was quiet. The room looked nice, new, and clean. The staff was also friendly. The location is perfect.

Great property close to the train station. About a block away from restaurants, etc. the hotel Help is very friendly. The woman doing the servicing for breakfast is very personable. The only thing with the breakfast is that I wish there was a fish option such as smoked salmon, etc. otherwise excellent day

A lovely place that offers exactly what is promised. A clean and warm bed, a nice and filling breakfast and in general a lovely space. All in close proximity to the city center, and more important for me to the train station. The title has been chosen, because of the cozy lobby where I met some wonderful people. All in all, this is a place that does exactly what is asked and excels at what it promises...

Excellent hotel chain we had never used before, but would certainly do so in the future. We had a family room that was very spacious and fitted our needs perfectly. The hotel is actually very close to the old town for walking. The online check in is a bit cumbersome with all the details needed to be entered. We arrived at 4:00pm and we got the last car park space, think you can do on street parking...

The hotel was good value for a night. Friendly staff. There is a hot/cold drink vending machine at the reception.
