The staff could not have been more helpful, the room was really clean and comfortable and the food excellent. It is unashamedly old-fashioned but is full of character and we had a superb holiday there

Not every choice was up to my preference but overall it was very good. The saunas are beautifully detailed and that adds to a special experience. The breakfast is very good with great panoramic seating

Very comfortable hotel, spacious rooms and an excellent breakfast. It is located 2km from Bad Ems, in Fachbach most restaurants were closed,but in Bad Ems there is a variety of restaurants

Set in a very nice and quiet area handy for several Rhine castles and Coblenz. We stayed in the chalet which was very nice. It was very clean and comfortable. The pub serves excellent beer and food

We were looking for a quiet German town for a place to sleep. Toby and his staff were accommodating and the food was delicious.

Sunday it was good, Monday and Tuesday we had the leftovers from Sunday (sausage was brown and dried out, but was reissued after a complaint). Coffee no longer hot and cheese selection not particularly great

Even though we made a reservation the night before, we showed up and they had our reservation for over a month away. Most of the information on our form was wrong, took about 45 minutes to finally get a room.

It may be alright in the summer, but on the windy rainy cold day it's not nice. There are plenty of mineral water pools in the Aquapark area, but you need to wear a sweming sweet and area is very crowded

So, you jus relaxing after a sauna ceremony, and someone, just next to you smoking. Also there is no indoor pool in the sauna area, only 1 outdoor. The water was not ready warm to enjoy it

I really liked the salt infusion room and back heated seats. What I didn't like: people smoking everywhere outside: there was no designated smoking area

We like to go here. From there you can make nice bike tours. And take nice walks. The hotel is clean and tidy. The hosts are very friendly and helpful. Always my pleasure

Here you can eat super at a particularly good price-performance ratio. Everything is cooked with love. Especially the outdoor area with the great terrace. The view from here is impressive.

This hotel was a wonderful sanctuary a little removed from Bad Elms. Beautiful 42 hiking trails offered history and hiking. The owners were amazing! No need to go out for a meal

Good hotel Antique hotel with amazing view and big rooms! The sheets were kinda rough and the blinds didn't worked, but the room had curtains that did the job (if you don't have problem with the light you'll be OK) There's a train station near the hotel (8min walking) that takes you to the central or any other spot

Everything is good but the Internet in such rooms does not work perfectly, but it works. In the last room I had Funny only hot water in the Toilet.... In any case, beautiful hotel and very good Breakfast!!

Very good location, 5 minutes walk to reach the tourist center of Koblenz. Room is spacious, clean and has good view to the town

I’m not a morning person, so I didn’t try the breakfast. However, the staff mentioned that the breakfast area has a Rhine River view, which already sounds like a great way to start the day for those who enjoy mornings

Parking is available in the garage below (at a reduced rate, which can be arranged through reception). Extensive breakfast with plenty of choices. Dinner is available, but the menu is limited, especially on Sundays

The room also comes with a bathtub, a nice touch after a long day. One of the highlights is the view. You can see the Rhine River directly from the window, and it really elevates the whole stay

So, in 1987, for their Ruby Wedding Anniversary Myself & 5 Siblings decided to surprise them with a 5 day Trip to Trier Hof in Koblenz. They had never holidayed abroad & were nervous but excited too

I have never been to Germany, but my Dad had been briefly based there in the Army. It had been the only time he had ever left England. He often talked about what a Beautiful Country it was

The front desk did a good job in getting us checked in and issuing a card to use when leaving the parking garage. The place to drop the card when leaving was at the top of the ramp when leaving the parking garage

A lovely hotel in the old town of Koblenz with a 5 minute walk to the Rhein. Absolute highlight is the breakfast - Euro 10,00 if not included in the price - which is a superb buffet with excellent profesional service

Great location close to the Rhein and the Mosel. Good restaurants nearby. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was very good. It's not super-modern but clean and comfortable

The shower was in the main room kind of off to the side and facing a wall. It was awkward showering when you are traveling with someone other than your spouse. Just be aware if you’re traveling with friends

Room 415 was great. Clean enough, interior spacing, air cooler functional and works in keeping the room cool during warmer days.

We stayed at this location for its convenience to the downtown area of Koblenz. It was a great location to walking to the old town, and the river. We also liked the fact they have rooms with 2 twin beds

My wife and I enjoyed two very comfortable nights and excellent service, as we visted the beautiful and historic town of Koblenz for a weekend break, along with the members of four Rotary Clubs

Seamless check-in. Polite and courteous staff. Lovely comfortable room. Loved the multiple pillows and great shower. Parking is very limited though we were directed to a place not too far from the hotel.

I was with the club from 11-13 Oct at The Hotel hamm, protect a guest. We found a very nice, clean & quiet rooms. The Breakfast was very good & plentiful. The staff was super friendly & knowledgeable

Overall good value for money and great location, we were able to walk to most places and easily take any transportation when needed. Place is clean and staff is helpful. My only issue was the very slow internet.

We've been there only for the night but the room was welcoming with water and some candy on arrival, quite spacious and neat looking. The beds where perfect. If I go to Koblenz I will go back to this hotel

The room look exactly the same as the photos. Parking is nice if you go by car. I really recommend it

The hotel is conveniently located, with the main bus stop right outside the window. It's also close to the city center. The cleanliness is excellent.

The hotel is located in front of Koblenz Central Station, making it easy to visit sightseeing spots and eat out. The room, service, and breakfast were all satisfactory, and I have no complaints

Close to the train station, only a few minutes' walk away. The air conditioning in the hotel is average, not cold enough, nice in the morning. You can walk to the city center in about 15 minutes

The AC/Inverter was not working too well throughout our stay but could still make do by opening the windows for some ventilation/cool air

We both had great sleeps and enjoyed a great breakfast and wonderful dinner (excellent Weiner Schnitzel!!) there. The staff are very friendly and helpful. We will definitely stay there again when we go to Koblenz

Clean room, recently renovated

The Hohenstaufen is located conveniently near the trainstation, but far enough to not be affected by train noise. The old town and main shopping district are in walking distance. The breakfast buffet war very good
