The property doesn't have air conditioning, and no fitness room. It was hot. Everything else is wonderful.

Very outdated and overpriced. The hotel is clean and in a good location. The staff was inattentive and the service (check-in, breakfast etc.) was poor. Parking was expensive (1euro/hour) and breakfast quality was very poor for 19 euro / person. I would stay somewhere else next time.

No A/C, but excellent location and friendly reception staff. But rude and not efficient room service staff

Great stay Another relaxing and enjoyable stay. Always a warm welcome at reception and friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The young man playing the guitar in the evening was a lovely bonus, very enjoyable.

This place is a paradise on earth! The staff were amazing willing to make all your wishes come true, in all languages! The elegant rooms were spectacular. The location was ideal for relaxation. If you want more going on, stay over the weekend as there is more happenings then.

Modern and stylish hotel with exceptionally good restaurant. Room was clean and spacious. Shower and bathroom were really clean and enjoyable with rainwater shower head. The La Cave restaurant served delicious food until 22.00 in the evening, that was very convenient. Free parking with plenty of space. Highly recommended and will look for this chain of hotels in the future also.

Was a one night experience. Great service and restaurant had verry nice diner and breakfast. Good beds. Clean modern room.

the location is within an industrial area, but the hotel is well shielded by a beautiful garden. no noise. very good breakfast buffet with extra selection of breads, cakes. free coffee in lobby. good restaurant, but its closed on sundays. friendly staff clean room. hotel is 7 years old but looks like new. hotel is close (by car and bike) from city center.

Very nice, clean and comfort hotel, without any mistakes. Suite we had was great, big balcony, spacious room, spacious shower, big bath, leather sofa, separate toilet.. Really great experience. Restaurant offers really good food.

Driving to the hotel looked like we were entering an industrial area and we started to panic...BUT it turned out to be a LOVELY hotel with sufficient parking and great facilities. Absolutely an excellent hotel to stay at Sympathies Hotel in Bad Kreuznach, very nice and friendly staff, wonderful and excellent food variety and with nice flavor. the bed is very comfortable and love the fresh air here. Excellent hotel in a fantastic location close to the therme, the casino, and within a short walk to the small town center area. Definitely recommended for a stay in the area.

Good location on the river, with a short walk to town and some pleasant restaurants. Hotel is large but didn't seem too busy in September. Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Particularly good breakfast room and wide range of breakfast goo.

Nice and spacious rooms but they are not fully soundproof. However, the main problem was that there was practically no internet connection! None of the WLAN they provided worked even for a simple search.
