Hotels in Bad Kreuznach

The property doesn't have air conditioning, and no fitness room. It was hot. Everything else is wonderful.

Very outdated and overpriced. The hotel is clean and in a good location. The staff was inattentive and the service (check-in, breakfast etc.) was poor. Parking was expensive (1euro/hour) and breakfast quality was very poor for 19 euro / person. I would stay somewhere else next time.

No A/C, but excellent location and friendly reception staff. But rude and not efficient room service staff

Great stay Another relaxing and enjoyable stay. Always a warm welcome at reception and friendly and helpful staff throughout the hotel. The young man playing the guitar in the evening was a lovely bonus, very enjoyable.

This place is a paradise on earth! The staff were amazing willing to make all your wishes come true, in all languages! The elegant rooms were spectacular. The location was ideal for relaxation. If you want more going on, stay over the weekend as there is more happenings then.

Thermal bath! The thermal baths were amazing! Very relaxing weekend!

Very frech and nice Breakfast. Only the heating and aircondition was not working

Modern and stylish hotel with exceptionally good restaurant. Room was clean and spacious. Shower and bathroom were really clean and enjoyable with rainwater shower head. The La Cave restaurant served delicious food until 22.00 in the evening, that was very convenient. Free parking with plenty of space. Highly recommended and will look for this chain of hotels in the future also.

Was a one night experience. Great service and restaurant had verry nice diner and breakfast. Good beds. Clean modern room.

the location is within an industrial area, but the hotel is well shielded by a beautiful garden. no noise. very good breakfast buffet with extra selection of breads, cakes. free coffee in lobby. good restaurant, but its closed on sundays. friendly staff clean room. hotel is 7 years old but looks like new. hotel is close (by car and bike) from city center.

Very nice, clean and comfort hotel, without any mistakes. Suite we had was great, big balcony, spacious room, spacious shower, big bath, leather sofa, separate toilet.. Really great experience. Restaurant offers really good food.

Driving to the hotel looked like we were entering an industrial area and we started to panic...BUT it turned out to be a LOVELY hotel with sufficient parking and great facilities. I used the massage machine twice and the price for 30min was good compared to other massage machines or even a 15min human massage. Clean with comfortable bed. We also tried the hot chocolate from the machine and it was...

I’ve stayed at the Hotel Fürstenhof twice this year. It is an older hotel, but it is in the heart of the city’s historic district close to shopping, sightseeing, and excellent restaurants. This time, I was here in December and the walk to their small Christmas market was only a 15 minute walk. I thought their breakfast was excellent, commensurate for this size of hotel. There are two German Therman...

Helpful and friendly staff, close to downtown area, excellent parking facilities

Absolutely an excellent hotel to stay at Sympathies Hotel in Bad Kreuznach, very nice and friendly staff, wonderful and excellent food variety and with nice flavor. the bed is very comfortable and love the fresh air here.

Excellent hotel in a fantastic location close to the therme, the casino, and within a short walk to the small town center area. Definitely recommended for a stay in the area.

Good location on the river, with a short walk to town and some pleasant restaurants. Hotel is large but didn't seem too busy in September. Some of the areas seem dated but the rooms are fairly modern. The single rooms are small (with the bathroom in the room) but comfortable enough for a short stay. Particularly good breakfast room and wide range of breakfast goo.

Nice and spacious rooms but they are not fully soundproof. However, the main problem was that there was practically no internet connection! None of the WLAN they provided worked even for a simple search.

Great stay to go for hikes or like in our case stay with our Hockey team

Amazing place just above Bad Kreutznach. 10-15 minutes walk into town through the forest. Quiet and comfortable. Staff so nice. Dinner was delicious! The breakfast buffet has lots of variety and everything is really good! Definitely would stay there again!

Clean room, comfortable bed, great breakfast. Room was on the top floor and smaller than the rooms we’ve stay in here before, and it felt a little cramped. Room was very warm, but the fan in the room helped, until the night air cooled the room.

Good night in Bad Kreuznach The hotel sits on a hill and the path down to the city centre through the woods is easy to follow, even for returning after dinner at a good restaurant in town. The room was spacious for 2 people, the bed very comfortable, and everything very clean. The buffet breakfast was good and plentiful. Would recommend the hotel.

A peaceful place in the German countryside We intially had a top floor room without air conditioning, on a 32 degree celcius day, so we asked if we could move down to a lower, cooler floor. Instead, the front desk staff graciously upgraded us to a larger room on the same floor with a/c. Wonderful! Breakfast was delicious, and the grounds are very quiet...a countryside resort only minutes from the...

Almost Perfect We loved our stay. The only thing missing to make it perfect would be a restaurant.

The hotel is in a great, quiet location – close to the river, lots of greenery and yet very close to the shopping centre. It has competent, tourist-oriented staff. Equipped with a lift. The rooms are clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities, i.e. a safe, TV, mobile network, kettle, coffee and tea. Good breakfasts at convenient times.

It’s ok for 3 star but too expensive breakfast for what you get. Nice location and easy to park on the street

Location near Kurviertel and short distance to city centre.

We'd def choose hotel Caravelle again. They accommodate to serve you. I appreciate that. Rooms are renewed and clean. Desk staff are very friendly and helpful especially Tanja. For us, the pillows in the bed were very soft, hard to sleep with. Breakfast room, there is not a real coffee machine but just filter coffee from a thermos. Please get a coffee machine urgently. This is critical! Location is...

The balcony and sight to the green surrounding from Park and river

Comfortable enough hotel with a friendly receptionist. Very limited facilities during our visit with no bar / restaurant. Vending machines in the lobby appeared to offer drinks and snacks however were out of use so a little disappointing. Reasonably priced and acceptable rooms, short walk across the road to the river and a walk of approximately 15 minutes to the town / old town.

The overall place was wonderful we walked to the park and river restaurants very close we will stay there again in future we have family in the area

Hotel is very nice. Staff was very helpful and friendly. We had a 5 star dinner in restaurant, I full heart recommend to have meal there. Also I appreciated that hotel managed all our special requests with best care. I will stop here if ever I drive nearby.

Great place to stay. Quiet and peaceful. Great breakfast.

Little bit expensive but neat and clean large rooms

A little expensive for the size of the room breakfast for ten euros not really at there.. staff was not the friendliest.. room was very clean and bed was comfy 😌 not the worst not the best

Booking online was easy and had no problems at the check-in. The room was quite straight forward - A little old fashioned but it had all the basic necessities (hair dryer, towels, soap etc.) The Language barrier wasn't too bad. The receptionist gave us suggestions for a restaurant and some ideas for relaxation. We also received a booklet with all kinds of vouchers to use within the small town. TV placement...

Rooms are very pleasant, very clean design. The location is wonderful because it is in the middle of nature. Nice breakfast buffet.

Great hotel in an excellent setting. Brilliant service, very clean and excellent value for money. Loads to do in the surrounding area.

Excellent hotel in a stunning setting. Staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Parking is freely available. Very good restaurant and the breakfast is also top class. Free bus pass provided to take you into the town, runs every 30 mins.

We come back We definitely will come back - we enjoyed our stay vey much - nice newly renovated hotel - we got a huge comfortable room with direct access to the garden

Very pleasant country hotel, with ample parking and views of the local Schloss. Rooms are pleasant with modern en suite and, in our case, at least, good views and some outside seating. Service at dinner was friendly and attentive, food traditional and ample - I have no idea if the reviewer who criticised portion sizes was serious! Our sauerbraten was excellent. Overall comes out of the cost: quality...

Great location and views. Decent breakfast. friendly staff.

War ein nettes Hotel. Gute Location.

BC Hotel was in a perfect location. The staff was friendly and welcoming I will definitely stay there again

It was welcoming and pleasant. Staff were very friendly and kind. The surrounding area is wonderful. Great restaurant at the hotel.

Very friendly staff. Modern, yet cosy. Comfortable. The only thing I did not like were the lightswitches next to the bed, they kept lighting up in the dark.

Ok Stay Check in took a bit longer as had to wait for someone to appear at reception. Restaurant had closed already by the time I arrived. No fridges in rooms.

Friendly people, very clean very quiet, and in a beautiful town.

******* needs to inform clients about check-in procedures and parking. Also relaying messages to the hotel. The hotel was very very good.

Nice hotel in town, close to shopping and restaurants. Wonderful old world atmosphere.

Absolutely stunning location. Would choose this hotel for the location again. Rooms can be average B&B style. But you find all necessities upon request. Breakfast was good .

Clean, quiet, pleasant staff, good view. Will definitely use this again for my next trip.

I just arrived, I will complete my experience after a few days, I will be in this hotel until 12th of August. After my staying time it is time to complete my review; The hotel is realy good with very nice and polite personal, the breakfast is good, rooms are clean. I recommend

A hotel in a central location. Nice park nearby and the center only a few minutes away. Nice view. Rooms very clean and beds very comfortable. Unfortunately, the bathroom was cold and didn't get any heat and had a very peculiar smell. The staff was super nice and always approachable. The reception is not manned in the evening. Breakfast everything available and good. I can only recommend the hotel...

Wonderfull hotel; great staff! Met 4 different staff members during my stay and they were all welcoming and very friendly. Left my toiletry bag in the room, without any hesitation they organised it to be sent to my home address. The room was nice and quiet, maze for the windows, so one could sleep with the window open and wakening with the sounds of the birds outside.

Good location near Bingen We liked the large parking lot and the wonderful breakfast

Average along the road. Average hotel along the road. Not great but not terrible for a quick nights sleep. Bed were extremely hard with the springs in your back. Otherwise clean and comfortable. One extremely annoying thing is they charged for the parking if your electric car is parked in the electric stall without telling you. Ended up paying 25eur for parking when it said free.

Very good beds, nice service, great breakfast - overall a good price quality ratio

Excellent hotel not far from several main cities like Wiesbaden, Mainz and Frankfurt. I was given a nice room towards the back of the hotel away from road noise, the breakfast buffet was superb and the staff were really helpful and friendly. The only inconvenience is the absence of a restaurant but there are several eateries not far.

Stayed one night. Very nice property and room. Easy to check in. Free parking on property was so nice. Bathroom and room were very clean. My only negative was no mini fridge in room.
