Modern and stylish hotel with exceptionally good restaurant. Room was clean and spacious. Shower and bathroom were really clean and enjoyable with rainwater shower head. The La Cave restaurant served delicious food until 22.00 in the evening, that was very convenient. Free parking with plenty of space. Highly recommended and will look for this chain of hotels in the future also.

Driving to the hotel looked like we were entering an industrial area and we started to panic...BUT it turned out to be a LOVELY hotel with sufficient parking and great facilities. I used the massage machine twice and the price for 30min was good compared to other massage machines or even a 15min human massage.
Clean with comfortable bed.
We also tried the hot chocolate from the machine and it was delicious.

Was a one night experience. Great service and restaurant had verry nice diner and breakfast. Good beds. Clean modern room.

the location is within an industrial area, but the hotel is well shielded by a beautiful garden. no noise. very good breakfast buffet with extra selection of breads, cakes. free coffee in lobby. good restaurant, but its closed on sundays. friendly staff

Very nice, clean and comfort hotel, without any mistakes. Suite we had was great, big balcony, spacious room, spacious shower, big bath, leather sofa, separate toilet.. Really great experience. Restaurant offers really good food.

Can not recommend. Entered the room and bugs were climbing out of the carpeted floor (and wall next to the entrance). Found a total of 4 living bugs, which suggests that cleaning standards should definitely be improved. Also, for goodness’ sake, get rid of the unhygienic carpet floor in 2025.

Really good value for money. Restaurant and bar were great. Just a little out of the way for getting into Bad Kreuznach itself.
