The location in Boppard is perfect, right on the river promenade. Being from USA, the hotel was like taking a trip back into history, with all of the modern amenities. The staff was very friendly. The restaurant was exceptional. We used the restaurant for breakfast, very large selection; for coffee and cake during midafternoon; and for dinner on our last night. We were here for a weekend away celebrating our 25th wedding anniversary. The hotel staff were very friendly, at breakfast on the morning of our anniversary the waiter had reserverd a table by the Windows overlooking the River Rhine and it had candles and flowers, it was amazing. And when we left we got presented a bottle of wine. So attent. The dinners were great, different tastes sometimes fusion...

Great staff, great view... The apartment suits in the secondary building offers a great view of the ferry terminal and river in front. We enjoyed the nice breakfast too. The staff was polite and friendly.

It's nice hotel to stay in if you're visiting Koblenz or the surrounding area.rooms were good, The only concern was when we booked the hotel the entire hotel staff was on holiday. So I can't comment on service

It was a pleasure to have such a clean, cozy place to stay. Woke up to the sound of birdsong and the babbling brook in the woods across the street. Wish we had stayed here longer than one night!

My brother came from America for my nephew's wedding and spent 3 nights at the Park Hotel. He was very impressed about the friendliness of everyone at the hotel. He also found the rooms very clean. Not only that, but he will definitely stay here when he comes again and recommends the hotel to everyone.

Nice hotel, rooms are nice, bathroom was ok; If you are a larger person you will have issues in the shower. The balconies are very nice. The food is tastey.

Great place with a great outlook, friendly staff, lots of breakfast variety. An every year visit for us, looking forward to next April when we will return. Recently added home made pizzas that went down very well with our party.

My family of 7 just finished a European vacation in which we stayed in 5 hotels. The Rheinhotel Lilie was by far our favorite. The staff is exceptional, the views are spectacular, the breakfast is delicious, and the location is top notch. I'll be back! Highly recommend.

This hotel is a gem. And they have a winery! Owner Elizabeth welcomes you with a handshake and inquires about your trip. Her crew is friendly and makes you feel very welcome, breakfast, dinner, and wine tasting. The Winzerbrotzeit was one of the best things I've had. Not to mention the beautiful view of the Rhine. After having booked another hotel that absolutely didn't live up to the prospect we found Baudobrica and what a treat it is! We had the most gorgeous room with a balcony overlooking the Rhine. Super stay here and the price for two people was a good value!! In summer, the room was hot but had a fan, so all okay. But the owners are super nice, very trustworthy. The location of hotel is very good. At the center of city and everything is really near. The river and cruise and shopping center by walking distance of 100m. Regarding to hotel, it is average. It is not good manage but size of rooms are also not a very big. The other things are good like complementary free travel ticket and other activities you can do near hotel.

it was a clean hotel with friendly staff. the Breakfast was great and the abensessen in the hotel's own restaurant you can recommend. the location is also great, not far from the Rhine and from the city core could be suitable for a lot of companies, especially for cyclists.

Barrier created difficulty accessing hotel - needed staff help. Motel type room arrangement. Cockroach found scurrying in bathroom. Good Asia Restaurant in town centre, so didn’t use hotel fare.

A woman working at the reception, who seemed to be the manager of the other staff there, was really impolite and behaved aggressively. A man working in the beer garden was also very rude and acted strangely when I ordered a wine. The room was not very clean either. I would never recommend this place.
