We had a really pleasant stay at the hostel. The host is really friendly and welcoming. They trusted us enough to keep the keys for the next stay at the hostel.

I'm afraid to say we did NOT enjoy our stay.
It started with first seeing how SMALL the room was. By far the smallest hotel room I've seen in my 76 years. See the photo of how the bed is squeezed between the walls.. impossible to even walk.
The 'double' room wasn't DOUBLE it's a TWIN.. just two singles pushed together. You can't sleep as a couple and the single duvets annoyingly kept falling on the ground so you were continually waking up.
The TV was broken.. no sound..(was replaced)
The WIFI (in our room at least) was a disaster.
The bathroom was just a 2 square meter box and the shower leaked VERY badly under the shower doors..
The restaurant menu can't really be called a menu. There was a choice of just one beef, one pork, one fish, one pasta and one salad dish. A stay of more than one night would be culinaire boring.. and €15 for a simple continental breakfast... definitely not worth it.
The parking places are quite small and difficult manouvering.. and they even charged for them.. however there was parking on the road.
There was ONE plus point.. there is free covered parking for your bikes.
I can't recommend staying there.

Small rooms with lots of storage.
We are since a few years, guests of the Parkhotel. The Parkhotel is one of the few Hotels is hard to beat in friendliness, courtesy and Service. The host family Joswig, as well as the entire Team leave nothing to be desired.The rooms are very well maintained and very clean, the room facilities individually and each room has its special charm. Also a big praise goes to Thomas cook and his Crew. The staff in the areas of Restaurant, Bar and Spa deserves a big praise. Especially Alex on reception is very nice, accommodating and very helpful. We would like to congratulate family Joswig to this Hotel and its staff and coming back for more.

For me one of the most beautiful Hotels far and wide, individual spaces / rooms with a wonderful Flair, ideal for a romantic, relaxing holiday, absolutely quiet location, Very good and very friendly Service, very good Breakfast, everything firsch and super quality, I can only recommend wämstens - 'm looking forward to the next stay!
Super Hotel with great Service. Rooms in different styles tastefully decorated. Very nice staff, even a recall because of a forgotten t-Shirt. We will be back.

Four days of holiday that will stay in our memories. The always-friendly staff has met all the requirements. The kitchen has convinced us of very high and our special is your choice because of certain incompatibilities always justified.
