The hotel I booked here with my family, was in no way as the pictures on the internet showed. Next to this I requested private parking, which was in no way available. The place was totally not safe or secure in any way, especially not for a family! It was the worst hotel I've ever seen. Looking now at the reviews of others, I saw that I'm not the first person who experienced this. I went to tell the man at the reception (two floors up), that we were absolutely not staying there and I told him the reason why... For the clear reason I just mentioned. Especially the lack of parking and the pictures posted on this website which are not real, I don't feel obliged to pay anything for the cancellation,... in NO way. I went to tell the receptionist personally the reasons why. We went to another hotel, because I absolutely wouldn't let my family stay there...

Can't understand all the negative comments, for the price everything is great. Room, bathroom food room everything clean. Above all, the employees are courteous and friendly. Always my pleasure. Had a great weekend in Neuwied with a partner. Central location to everything.

Lowest level.. totally run down.. owner knows nothing about booking, nor can he remember the phone call. He got cheeky too, described us as annoying. I'd rather sleep under the bridge

A very affordable hotel in a great location. Room clean, that's always the main thing for a night. beds good. Breakfast sufficient. The best: the owner.

Rooms with the simplest equipment that doesn't even work. There is no parking space. Everything very run down. Rooms are not cleaned during the day either. Simple hanging lightbulbs, windows leaking, wallpaper peeling off, dirt from the previous tenant. There are also no soundproof windows, as advertised. It's extremely loud inside.
Not even enough for one night. For the price you can find 1000 times better hotels without having to search too hard.
