Overall a very nice hotel. There is a large parking lot with very reasonable prices (24h for 2€) The rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. Small extractor for the bathroom with shower curtain and quite noisy ventilation. Breakfast was very rich and delicious. The location is perfect for hiking (stamps are also nearby)

staff nice but only German speaking. food is not great. room is ok but no soap provided

We only stayed overnight. We can not describe the surrounding well. However the service was really well. And my english was well understood. The vieuw from the room was nice and access to a mini fridge was a nice touch. Breakfast and dinner was also good. Breakfast was included in our price and offered enough variation. It was really worth the overal cost.

We stayed in Gernrode over Christmas and had the Harz Traum holiday apartment. We were 5 people and we were all very satisfied. For us it was completely sufficient. We will definitely come back twice.

We felt very comfortable. Very nice and very clean apartment with cozy decoration. We'd love to come back. LG from MV

We were in the holiday home... it was really well furnished and this on 50m2. Small kitchen, but with all the trimmings... a fireplace... Everything very chic... Free Wi-Fi.... The beds were a little too soft for us, but everyone has their opinion... ..

Beautiful hotel in an exposed location. Rooms are well equipped. My recommendation is a superior room with a balcony. Such a view is seldom found. Our stay enjoyed the delicious food in the evening. rounded.

Great hotel .. a great view. The food is always very tasty and varied. The breakfast is great and there is something for everyone. You feel very comfortable here.

The view is worth a visit. The team is very warm and the atmosphere is informal. My dog was also welcome and was petted extensively and spoiled with treats. Unfortunately, I have only been to the restaurant so far and cannot report on my visit to the hotel. The food was very good. We happened to be there at an evening grill buffet. The guests are all relaxed, which can only speak of a good atmosphere...

Another great weekend spent there. The suckling pig was great. The view remains magnificent

Cozy and beautiful place. The rooms are always clean and pleasant. The food is tasty and on the hour. The territory is not very large, but this is enough. There is a small garden, playground and campfire corner. If you stay, this is a very nice place.

A very pleasant place for exams, conferences or rehearsals. The standard is more like a hostel than a hotel, but it's clean, everyone is very friendly and the food is tasty.

Das Frühstück ist für den Zimmerpreis mit Frühstück angemessen. Natur pur . Nahverkehrsmittel vor der Tür. Dampflock ca. 700m durch den Wald erreichbar. Von dort in den ganzen Hartz. Alles super. wir kommen wieder. Und man kann dort auch sehr gut essen.

Die Lage im Wald hat uns sehr zugesprochen. Von hier konnten wir mit unseren Wanderungen direkt starten. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Auch das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis passt.

Don't be fooled by first impressions. The accommodation is gorgeous, nicely decorated, clean. The staff is super friendly and helps in every situation. The breakfast buffet contained everything that was needed and was delicious and plentiful. We would like to come again!!!

I had a very nice, spacious room with an elegant shower/toilet and a practical mini kitchen including a fridge, sink, kettle, crockery/pots/glasses/cutlery. Special arrival and departure requests were fulfilled.

The room is comfortably furnished and spacious. The ambience of the hotel, for example in the breakfast room, is rustic and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and happy to cater to special requests. The place itself is very quiet and you can easily reach all attractions even with public transport. This was our second time here and we will always be happy to come back!

A very nice, clean and quiet apartment. You get a friendly welcome and the maid does a good job. I was there on business and didn't use the breakfast because I always had to leave quite early. But I've only heard good things about it. I would love to come back if I have business in the area.

Beautiful rooms and great service

Nice experience, room I had was spacious and comfortable, good parking, modern without being cold like some places, quiet yet walking distance to town. Will definitely stay here again. Value for money.

Super nice stay, I can only warmly recommend the food. Our apartment was cozy and nothing was missing. The staff was very friendly and we had a relaxing weekend in a great area. Absolutely recommended. :)

We were here for a few days and were super satisfied. The rooms are a generous size and were very clean and nicely decorated. The breakfast buffet has a large selection of fresh cold cuts and everything else your heart desires. There is plenty of parking space and it is centrally located in the village. We look forward to the next visit :)

Has got its name right ..... We come back every year and several times a year. Great food, great service

I really liked the beer garden and the ambience. I wasn't that happy with the way the desserts were presented. (Fruit sundae with canned fruit and chocolate ice cream ??? Apple strudel from the freezer?) But it's not an ice cream parlor or pastry shop either. I can't say anything about the hearty dishes. From a distance, however, they looked quite rich.

A very nice hotel, the breakfast is very good. You can also have a very good dinner there and the associated beer garden is also highly recommended.

Very friendly, quiet town. Good food and drink. Would stay again.

We had a lovely stay at the hotel! The room was excellent, breakfast had enough choice and fresh fruits/food. The employees are very nice and kind and always willing to help if needed. The Region is very nice with beautiful nature and calming surroundings. If your looking for a quality stay in the Harz region, we absolutely recommend this hotel. Hope to be back next year!

We decided to visit Auerhahn with my family for a relaxing weekend. The hotel was the perfect fit, as we had a room with a cute balcony which allowed us to enjoy the sunset all together. The room was clean and the staff was great.

I have never been to Germany before, but this experience made it worthwile to go back again. Lovely people in a very cute and tidy hotel.

Very friendly welcome and staff. Nice to have a pool/sauna.

We were there for the second time and did wellness. Always beautiful. Nice staff, clean rooms and delicious food .. The wellness area is great. We are coming again next year..

We were there with a group of 8 people and felt very comfortable. It doesn't matter that it's 2 km to the old town. The staff were more friendly and helpful than ever before. The pool with a flood shower and massage jet is included in the price. The 3-course menu changed daily. Only the breakfast buffet was a bit unimaginative. We can recommend the hotel.

What a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms are huge with a very nice big bathroom also. The hotel is literally just under 100m away from the train station, about 300m away from a nice supermarket and just under 500m away from the old town. It is a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Quedlinburg

Perfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.

Nice hotel on the outskirts of the city core Nice hotel for a overnight visit. The nice picture is very misleading though since that is one of the town's sight seeing places... But overall very satisfied with the stay.

The very center of the city, house itself is unique because of fachwerk style. Good Wi-Fi connection.

Beautiful guesthouse is still under renovation, so not quite finished. But the staff always tries to make everything as pleasant as possible for the customer. Breakfast was also varied, something for everyone. All in all a nice weekend.

Good little hotel. Breakfast was tasty and sufficient. One star deduction because of the television. No regional broadcaster.

Hotel locates in an old house, it is loud when cars are driving by, but the hotel is so considerate by providing ear plugs.

Beautiful hotel in the old town . Recommended.

We had a spacious apartment for our family and ate dinner in the relaxing Biergarten of the restaurant. Great, central location in the city with easy access to cafés and little shops. Parking behind the hotel was great for unloading and loading our luggage.

Without even being a guest at the hotel I was greeted professionally and was being helped nicely and provided with a free of charge dental kit I was asking for!

Perfect location , clean and cozy rooms . Lovely stay . Thanks a lot for the beautiful stay .

It's just a 3 star hotel. The location is very close to the center. The equipment got a bit old. The staff is very nice and accommodating. The breakfast buffet could be something rich.

Nice for a 3 starts hotel. Do not expect design or luxury.

Beautiful building, nice breakfast but you have to be early because they run out of things and don't replenish bread was a bit hard, but the rest was delicious.
