Le petit Palais – Hotel & Ferienapartments

Saxony, Bad Suderode, Schwedderbergstraße 23-27, Quedlinburg 🧭

Overall, we had a very nice stay here

Warm welcome, very friendly and taking care

Breakfast great, good quiet rooms.

I had a very nice, spacious room with an elegant shower/toilet and a practical mini kitchen including a fridge, sink, kettle, crockery/pots/glasses/cutlery. Special arrival and departure requests were fulfilled.

The room is comfortably furnished and spacious. The ambience of the hotel, for example in the breakfast room, is rustic and comfortable. The staff is very friendly and happy to cater to special requests. The place itself is very quiet and you can easily reach all attractions even with public transport. This was our second time here and we will always be happy to come back!

A very nice, clean and quiet apartment. You get a friendly welcome and the maid does a good job. I was there on business and didn't use the breakfast because I always had to leave quite early. But I've only heard good things about it. I would love to come back if I have business in the area.

Schlosshotel Stecklenberg

Saxony, Thale, Stecklenberger Hauptstrae 86 🧭

Absolutely amazing place! The hotel is in a old castle/ manoir which has been renovated and it looks wonderful. You feel like in a fairytale. The atmosphere is amazing with a little pond in front, a nicely kept garden and great decoration in the building. Attention to details is very well done and appreciate. The room was spacious and all nicely done. Great bed too which is a big plus. Breakfast...

Our stay here was more than wonderful, everything was just done in a perfect way! Especially the location, the park and the furniture of the whole castle are super beautiful and an absolute reason to come here again! Additionally to this, the service team is amazing, as we forgot something in the room and it was send to us without additional effort for us, which is surely nothing every hotel does!

Very nice and quiet place. We enjoyed tonrelax in the park.

My husband and I spent two nights here on our honeymoon. We really enjoyed this hidden gem! Breakfast on the castle terrace each morning was amazing. There isn't a whole lot to do nearby but the surrounding area is beautiful and it was nice to hike the local trails and see the calcium spring. Highly recommend for a relaxing weekend!

This hotel was really cool! It was built in 1896, and has been well maintained. The breakfast spread was the best I have ever seen, and the employee serving breakfast was top notch. During the evening, a siren went off that sounded like an air raid alarm, but it turned out to be an alarm at the local fire department. It was somewhat unsettling, but I was glad to have that experience. As an American...

Romantik Hotel am Brühl

Saxony, Quedlinburg, Billungstrasse 11 🧭

I visited the hotel during Advent and felt very comfortable there.

Lovely, hospitable hotel with great cooking

Nice hotel with a really good restaurant. Service is professional, but - for a Romantikhotel - a bit impersonal. Location close to city, but not really romantic. Room is cozy, but without the extra Pfiff, we have experienced at other romantikhotels.

Wonderful stay! This is a very beautiful and quaint hotel in the middle of the small town of Quedlinburg. The staff was warm and friendly and the rooms were clean and cozy! We only stayed one night but wished we had stayed longer to see the town. Thank you Romantik Hotel am Brühl!

This was a very beautiful and quaint hotel! The staff was friendly and helpful and the rooms were cozy and inviting! We really loved this place! They had a big breakfast and it was so clean and neat! They do have parking in the lot outside the hotel and overflow parking 50 meters from the hotel at 10 Euros a night. Make sure you go to the lot that says Hotel parking! The town of Quedlinburg is that...

Best Western Hotel Schlossmuehle

Saxony, Quedlinburg, Kaiser-Otto-Strasse 28, 06484 Kvedlinburg, Germaniya 🧭

The hotel is great! Everything important was explained clearly during check-in. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was very clean, and there was a kettle and a small selection of teas. Unfortunately, the rooms are very noisy from the hallway. It was quite loud when the neighboring rooms slammed their doors. I can only speak for my room on the first floor. I can't say whether the...

The hotel was centrally located and had easy walk distance to the nearby castle and marketplace. The room was comfortable and the included breakfast had a wide variety. Several staff members could understand and speak English which helped a lot. I would definitely stay here again!

Nearby midle of the town, and essy to find. Wonderfull room.

It's a sort of antique hotel. However, it's worn down and lacks the magical atmosphere it should have. The rooms are small and inadequate (for the price paid). Breakfast options are limited. The waiters are helpful. Being right next to the old city is an advantage. And nice garden .

Delicious breakfast! Friendly people at the reception. Beautiful view from the window of the room! Warm inside 😁 Beautiful yard of the hotel! You can see the castle!!!Amazing!!! Not far from Christmas market!!! I like it very much!!!

Very cozy and enchanting hotel few blocks away from the historical center. Room with Impeccable and spotless bathroom…. Loved the wide open shower. Generous and delicious breakfast buffet.

Hotel Domschatz

Saxony, Quedlinburg, Muhlenstrasse 20, 06484 Kvedlinburg, Germaniya 🧭

I walked from the Station, which took about 20 minutes. Some of the pavements were rough and poorly-lit but I managed to stay upright. The kind proprietor had sent me a video explaining how to get in (at 7:30). It took a fair bit of fooling around in the dark to gain entry. The hotel is within walking distance of a modest selection of places to eat. My room was nicely presented but was possibly...

Services and breakfast were a bit below expectation.

Well located at the edge of the Qedlinburg centre. Parking on the premises. We had a room on the top floor which was clean and spacious. Very friendly welcome. Small, but cosy breakfast room and nice buffet selection.

Hotel Harzresidenz

Saxony, Thale, Victorshöherstraße 2 🧭

We stayed one night at the Hotel Harzresidenz in December 2025. The room was clean, but unfortunately, there was some mold in the shower. The sauna was closed, which surprised us, as there were very few guests at the hotel overall, and it wouldn't have been profitable for the hotel to have it open. Breakfast was very good. The staff member was very attentive and friendly. The surroundings are beautiful...

The hotel is idyllically situated in the middle of the forest, and the conservatory, where breakfast is served, offers a lovely view. The sauna is also very nice. Unfortunately, everything seems a bit neglected, and the owners appear to be newcomers to the industry. They are very friendly and accommodating but need to pay more attention to the details.

We had booked the apartment/holiday apartment with two bedrooms. We didn't realize that this wasn't directly in the hotel, but 1km further away in Haus Tannengrün. When we arrived, the bed in the second bedroom was unmade. But it was done quickly after calling. The second bedroom is not directly in the apartment, but on the ground floor and you have to go through the hallway. May be difficult for families...

We were very satisfied with the hotel as such, also with the staff, great food, quiet location and a new sauna. We booked two double rooms for ourselves and friends through reisenaktuell, but unfortunately we only got very small two-bed/twin rooms in the attic. According to information, the hotel was initially fully booked and the organizer only booked the small, inexpensive rooms. When asked at reisenaktuell...

If you are looking for a quiet hotel without service, bar and restaurant, this is the right place for you. The hotel is idyllically located in the middle of the forest. No cell phone reception. Free WiFi with 1 bar. Dinner only if you book it, then only warmed up, no changes possible. The same cake was in the fridge all week. "Bar" closes at 8 p.m. "Biergarten" only with self-catering from fridge...

A wonderful hotel.. Not only do the rooms and the atmosphere score points, the surroundings are fantastically beautiful.. I can definitely recommend.... There is a sauna area and a large winter garden invites you to eat. For larger celebrations, a lovingly designed room is available separately... I was a completely satisfied guest...

Regiohotel Quedlinburger Hof

Saxony, Quedlinburg, Harzweg 1 🧭

What a great hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. The breakfast was great and the rooms are huge with a very nice big bathroom also. The hotel is literally just under 100m away from the train station, about 300m away from a nice supermarket and just under 500m away from the old town. It is a great location! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking to stay at Quedlinburg

**Title: A Hidden Gem in the Heart of the Old Town!** ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ I recently stayed at this wonderfully restored old hotel on the edge of the old town, and I can't recommend it enough! Perfect for a one night stop when travelling by rail. We were able to leave our bags at reception in the morning as we arrived early which was great. The room was fine with a bathroom bigger than the bedroom ! Plenty of choice at breakfast. Helpful staff when we checked in and out.

Very good hotel, clean and comfy,20 min from the city center.

Service: okay, could be friendlier. Facilities: sufficient, room on 3rd floor (under the roof), was super hot without air conditioning. Food: breakfast was sufficient, enough choice.

Great team, the location is perfect for a stroll through the old town. The breakfast was more than adequate. Thank you so much for the great service.

Villa le Palais

Saxony, Quedlinburg, Heiligegeiststraße 16 🧭

We had a truly wonderful stay at Villa Le Palais in Quedlinburg. Our apartment ("Solen Apartment") was spacious, tastefully furnished, and fully equipped – perfect for both relaxing and self-catering. Everything about this place is perfect The heading says it all. The location is only a few minutes walk from the old town square and the house includes access to a garden with a pond and some chairs. Thank you Hotel Zum Bär for making our stay so very enjoyable. Keep up the...

It is advised to make a reservation as the place was busy. I alread made one in the afternoon when we passed by. Service is decent. Prices are good. But the schnitzels were ordered were huge. Probably 2 persons can eat with one order. they had nice veggies and potatoes. Good beers as well.

Most centrally located place you can choose in Quedlinburg, yet quiet at night. Great service and attention to details (received a lot of chocolate for Easter), excellent breakfast buffet with freshly made Cappuccino and dog and kids friendly. Free parking just 100 m from the hotel at Pölle 4 (entering into the courtyard via a small gate).

Nice gaststätte in the center of beautiful Quedlinburg. Sat by the window with a good view of the market place. Had some great tasting soups (gulasch and soljanka). Fair price. Not many vegetarian options but the baked camembert with salad was fine.

Great hotel on Quedlinburg's Marktplatz -- parking on site behind the hotel, and the room was clean and quiet. I was leaving before breakfast was served, so they thoughtfully made me a wonderful to-go bag.

The hotel is located right at the one end of the market square. The room was cozy and comfortable. The room window opened up with a view of the market square but surprisingly it was not noisy even on Sunday in mid July. The breakfast was very good. I had a chance to try several kinds of cheeses and cold cuts that were local to the Harz region.

Mythenresort Heimdall

Saxony, Thale, Poststraße 18 🧭

Lovely hotel, centrally located yet quiet! The rooms were cozy and modern! I missed having a kettle and a minibar, or at least a capsule coffee machine! The hotel claims to be committed to sustainability, but in the wrong places! Our request to heat up the sauna was met with a strange look! They shouldn't advertise it as such! The breakfast buffet was extremely limited, and some items weren't fresh...

Great place to stay when visting Thale

good food, close to the train station

Stay here for work quite often. Have always had a pleasant stay. The Hotel isn't always busy so breakfast might sometimes be limited.

The large room, the sauna, the nice personal, the cleanliness.

Overall nice hotel - always friendly staff and nice, clean rooms. Breakfast was ok. The usual standard. As vegetarians, we would have liked a little more choice here. Overall, however, we were very satisfied with our stay

Theophano

Saxony, Quedlinburg, Markt, 13-14 🧭

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Hotel Theophano. Our room was spacious, clean, and quiet. The bed was very comfortable. The hotel staff was friendly, efficient, and helpful. The breakfast buffet had plenty of choices. If we return to Quedlinburg, we will definitely stay here again!

We booked this hotel a year in advance as we know during Christmas market time is very busy and we requested a room with view of market on the 2nd floor. Where we had stayed once before and had fantastic views from every window in our room. When we finally arrived after searching for their parking ( very difficult to find) we checked in & were told our room was not on the 2nd floor as requested but...

Brilliant location, genially restored building, the rooms are large with all modern comforts but keep a romantic old flair. The personnel is kind and attentive. Breakfast wasn’t bad but kept being smaller or larger according to...no one knows what!

A very pleasant hotel with cozy and friendly atmosphere. It’s located at the centre of the town. We loved this historic building (over 300 years old) and yet the room is well equipped and the interior is newly refurbished. Very nice breakfast.

We had a wonderful stay in Hotel Theophano. The location is perfect, right in the town square. Rooms were large, quiet, and comfortable. The breakfast was excellent. We would highly recommend this hotel.

It was a lovely weekend and we felt really comfortable. Great welcome, beautiful location right next to the church. Breakfast was delicious 😋 The rooms are very spacious, the furnishings a bit dated. But we slept wonderfully. We missed having a kettle to make tea or coffee. Upon request, we immediately had cups and a kettle provided. Thank you so much for the wonderful weekend.

Very friendly welcome; we were able to check into our rented apartments earlier. Everything is well laid out, and quite new, I'd say. We found the refrigerator a bit small for the number of people. Ordering bread rolls worked perfectly; Thale is always worth a visit. The thermal baths are lovely, small but great for a few hours of relaxation. Thank you so much for everything; we had a wonderful time...

They did us a favour when it was not necessary and helped us a lot. Made our day a lot easier. Really kind of them!

Was there with dog for 5 nights in November. The accommodation was very good and the staff very nice. Since I came by train and was delayed, moving into the apartment later was not a problem either. Thanks also to the staff from the restaurant, they were very friendly and attentive. My dog also "says" thank you 😉

We were with 6 people from 8.10. - 10.10.21 in this hotel. The rooms were great and the staff just outstanding. Very friendly advice on excursions. The outdoor area invites you to come back again in summer. And the food was great too. We will definitely recommend you .

A wonderful hotel for in between with many small details, such as a kettle, hairdryer, soap and storage space in the rooms. Great for kids, not so much for adults. The rooms are very large, there's a bathroom, and plenty of outdoor play areas and activities for children. But there's nothing for adults. Saxony, Quedlinburg, Klink 11, 06484 Kvedlinburg, Germaniya 🧭

The room was Nice and clean and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was a little dull but did the job. The lokation was perfekt.

The hotel is withiin the confines of the old town of Quedlinburg within minutes walking distance of the castle and abbey and numerous cafes and restaurants.

Was expecting a little more from a hotel listed as 4 star. Hotel is dated with an uninspiring interior. Room was large but dated with an unusual layout with no elevator access. Staff were inhospitable; didn't expect them to speak English but a greeting or smile would have been nice. Breakfast was dull and bland. I was told no parking available because of construction but spaces were available all ...

Location is perfect Amazing hotel. Beautiful inside and out. The breakfast was great. The beds were really low and the mattress was like a bunk bed quality, very thin and springy.

We chose this hotel as part of an Advent trip with 5 families. It has a great atmosphere, the breakfast left nothing to be desired, there was something for everyone. Everything worked out well at the bar despite the current difficult situation in finding staff. Everything was very harmonious. The inventory in the rooms needs to be renewed as it must be about 30 years old, but it was clean and everything...

Hotel Zur Goldenen Sonne

Saxony, Quedlinburg, Steinweg 11, 06484 Kvedlinburg, Germaniya 🧭

A magnificent hotel in a historic building with a superb location on the city square, offering the best possible hospitality to its guests. The breakfast, cleanliness, and attentive staff were all wonderful from start to finish. I'd like to thank the entire team, especially Mr. Erol. Quedlinburg is an indescribably special and beautiful place. Go, stay at this hotel and enjoy.

Only stayed for one night but the hotel is right in the centre with its own car park at the rear which is 6 euros a day, bargain. Rooms are well equipped and comftorble enough. We really enjoyed our stay and wpuld go back.

The hotel itself is in a building old as satan himself. However, the location is great to walk to the main square and it is surrounded by restaurants. Plus, it has a parking on it's own for 6 Euro per day. Very comfortable in this part of town where is so difficult to park.

Beautiful hotel in the old town . Recommended.

We had a spacious apartment for our family and ate dinner in the relaxing Biergarten of the restaurant. Great, central location in the city with easy access to cafés and little shops. Parking behind the hotel was great for unloading and loading our luggage.

Stayed here 2 days, breakfast was average and good, easy to access parking lot and the center of the city, if we return to Quedlinburg, we will return here, it is old fashioned, but we enjoyed it, nice hard beds, no luxury, but it works fine, compared to the price.
