Nice sleep small buffet but perfect location. It’s next to Karl Marx head. If you are visiting you have to go and check it out. Super beautiful and impressive. The people at the reception were great as well.

We checked in with one person first and added (and paid) a second person for the second night. Despite telling them multiple times, nothing worked. The second card didn’t. No room freshup. No breakfast voucher (we had paid extra for that). No second towels or bedding. When we asked for it, the stuff gave us some sheets and bedding and made us dress the bed ourselves. If I want to make my own bed, I book a hostel not a 100+ € per night room. The bathroom is a joke, water everywhere and cannot be darkend, so every time someone goes to the toilet the other person woke up. Never again.

The room was surprisingly clean — no signs of wear or use, and no bad smells. Breakfast was very good; not luxurious, but well-organized and satisfying. The staff were friendly and helpful.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Chemnitz, and is convenient for going everywhere. There is a bus stop at the door. The front desk has English translation and is welcoming. The room is clean. The bedding is comfortable.
