A few details kept this from being a 5-star experience. The pillows were extremely flat, and the towels were basic not that good quality—more like what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. On top of that, all the towels had a strong Clorox-like smell, which is hard to ignore. Cleanliness overall was fine, but not outstanding.
