Very pleasant and cozy. Nice breakfast in a bright and sunny dining room. Staff members are attentive and very pleasant.

We just passed for a coffee. The waitress was very friendly and the price for a can was very reasonable!

The most lovely hotel to spend your holiday Bad Schandau / Gohrisch area. Hotel staff were super friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great and dinner was delicious. The room was very comfortable for a family of 5, very clean and modern rooms. We will definitely have to go back!

We had our boxing day lunch here. Superb food and service. The restaurant is very clean and well decorated.

Typical german regional hotel with big rooms, great sevice and nice views

Nice place that gave us a pleasant surprise during our hike of the Malerweg. They have a very nice Spa area with IR, finish, steam and normal saunas. The room was big enough to hold 2 people and luggage comfortably and even had a small balcony for two. Wifi was mostly ok. Overpriced hikers hostel claiming to be a hotel. There was one fixed menu of 1 soup 1 main with meat and desert. I asked if I could have just the soup and some chips - NO- not possible to deviate. No other restaurants around and even the nearest was closed on a Monday. Really lovely Czech mother and daughter serving the beer was a positive . We came down this way from Lilienstein. After the Hike up and than back down we needed a Beer and some Food. We decided to have the Potato Soup. It was very good. The Beer was cold and we where able to sit outside and enjoy our break. Very interesting History and how this family revitilized this place. Worth a visit if you are in the area and need to take a break.

Stopped for lunch with the family in the hotel - so can’t comment on the hotel rooms. However, the location is amazing: quiet, great views, just super relaxing. The owners are super nice and welcoming, service was great, and the food was very tasty as well. Absolutely beautiful location and a very nice garden. The room had a strong almost sickening perfumed smell when we arrived otherwise no complaints.

The staff was so so lovely. The rooms were a bit small (especially the bathrooms) but it isn't a problem if you go and adventure a lot. The view from the garden is really beautiful!

A bit overpriced for what it's worth but the panorama is indeed lovely. The climb up from the ferry is absolute murder, avoid if possible.
