Die Lage ist traumhaft und die Ausstattung des Hotels ist super. Personal sehr freundlich. Es hat meinem Vater (er war dort mit seiner Freundin im Urlaub/ich habe die Reise für beide gebucht) sehr gut gefallen. Vom Hotel gab es sogar eine kleine Aufmerksamkeit zum Geburtstag. Vielen lieben Dank nochmal für einen wirklich gelungenen Urlaub! Mein Vater sagt, er kommt wieder! 🙂👍

Family-run hotel in a nice environment right by the sea. As a guest you feel very comfortable here. A well-tended garden invites you to linger. Only breakfast is offered here, but the breakfast is rich and varied. The rooms are modern and clean and correspond to the 3 star standard. Nice and calm place, rooms were clean and very cosy. Staff was super polite and friendly, we were offered a welcome drink when we arrived in the evening after a long drive. The breakfast was very good, this hotel has everything you need for a good rest, I really recommend it!

Had a very pleasant stay here. The rooms and property are well maintained. Great overall experience. The accomodation was very clean and situated in a peacefull environment. There were enough parking spots and within a short car drive there were shops (in nearby town) and other places to visit. Employees were very friendly. We stayed for one night but definitely would recommend this place.

Arrived early evening and room cards waiting at the door. No staff on at night. Room very clean and comfortable beds. Staff more than helpful and efficient. We stayed as a family for two nights in a family suite and received a warm welcome. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the marina. Very comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Free parking and friendly staff with good language skills. Nice little hotel.

this hotel is in the centre of Heiligenhafen and you have walking distance to all there is to enjoy. Rooms are very comfortable with good beds, we enjoyed a room with balcony overlooking the harbour. Breakfast is standard, nothing special but you find what you need, with some scramble eggs, bacon and salmon. The staff is very helpful and an extra pillow isn’t a problem. They need to be more updated...

Perfect stay Very nice staff with good service and communication. They saved me when my original booking another place went wrong. Excellent rooms with comfy beds. I was happy with the breakfast also, and a good thing it was served later in weekend.

Very nice and clean hotel with friendly and service minded staff in perfect surroundings at harbor and see.

First lets start with the prepration, we arrives before 12 and had to wait till 15:00 till we get the room. Lots of others did check in before us actually. Our room was very small. Small bed on the entrance with a very deep stairs go to the attic bed which was double bed. But the space was very tiny. Imagine with kids going stairs up and down was not so easy. Bathroom was also tiny withour any ventilation...

Very unusual lift rooms, but unusual in a good way. Very clean and comfortable, quirky decor. Fantastic big bed and memory foam pillows.

ALL staff, including room cleaners, check-in, paddle board rentals, restaurant staff went above and beyond!!! Very family friendly, and the beach access amazing! The surfer/skater vibe made for a completely relaxing stay!

From our precious experience at the Beachmotel we did not have a great dinner experience and so this time we booked our dinners at different restaurants in the area and had wonderful experiences at the other restaurants. Breakfast buffet looked alright. No earl gray. Very limited selection at dinner buffet. Mostly clean. I didn't sleep well and I am hungry because I couldn't bring myself to eat any of these main courses at the dinner buffet. They did not look appetising, so I just had a little bit desert.

Very interesting hotel concept at the Baltic ocean

Rather busy whilst our stay, nevertheless the staff are very friendly. The room was comfortable and very clean. Enjoyed a stay in the Fitness Room. Just a stone's throw from the beach. Views of the Baltic, breath taking. There's also a Beach Bar with seating and music in the afternoon to late evening for those in the mood.

Great location. American style. We didn't eat there but their drinks and coffee selection is very good. Vegan coffees no problem. Staff is friendly and relaxed with personal touch. The comfy seating areas are amazing to sip a coffee or glass of wine with friends or family. Can be empty or very full. Check or book before you go. Bigger issue last time: the waiter gave us a table for 6 just for drinks...

We stayed in the hotel for 1 night, because we were traveling from the Netherlands to Denmark (via Puttgarden) We had a spacious apartment with two bedrooms. Perfect for family with 2 children. Downside: no (private) outdoor space (but beach and park are nearby)

The rooms are great, and the service is unobtrusive. The location is debatable; in the off-season, the fields weren't worth a photo, at least not for me. There's a small Edeka supermarket and a standard Aldi (?) a 5-minute drive away. If you need more, Burg is also relatively quick to get to. The main reason for my review is the abysmal experience I've had with other vacation apartments in the area...

We had a pleasant stay at the Avalon Hotel Bellevue. The room was fine, although rather basic and nothing special. Excellent breakfast. The hotel is very quietly located within walking distance of the coast and the village. It is a large domain; Since we were there outside the high season, there were no big crowds. Upon arrival, the person at the reception seemed to only speak German, so we received very little explanation.

Well. It is a great place close to the Boat ferry over to Denmark. Good restaurants nearby. Breakfast fine. It was built 2018. So it is very new and fresh. A bit different as there is 7 two storeys houses with or without balconies. A good place.

We are a couple with an adult son and stayed in a family suite. He had his own separate bedroom with a single bed. We had a wonderful room with a balcony which had a view of the Baltic Sea. We spent our days exploring the Island and our evenings...

My wife andbI had an absolutely wonderfully stsy here. Everything you need is in walking distance or a short bus ride. Very peaceful and relaxing area, small town and an amazing little downtown area with many shops and food options. Hightly recommended!

I have simply fallen in love! Such a wonderful place on Earth! Strongly recommend for a weekend and even longer stay! You don’t want to leave after spending a few hours there! It is really thoughtful of the hotel to provide a two-hours visit to the SPA nearby! We have had a fantastic weekend getaway!

We booked at first a double normal room, and we were very happy already from the colors and the style of the room, that we extended our stay for one more day in the hotel. The hotel was really clean from the bathrooms to the restaurant. Literally everywhere. It is alright but I expected more. They gave us a room that was surrounded with possibilities for smokers to smoke around us. During the whole stay our room smelled like cigarette smoke. The have a Smoking area right next to our room outside, the other rooms were also smoking during their stay in their personal area. I just expected more thoughtful design or room allocation. Great hotel Fabulous place to stay. I’m returning guest, always happy.

Parking is a bit tricky in the charming but busy town center. A lovely room, fantastic breakfast, delicious and very affordable dinners, and a beautiful sandy beach nearby. We arrived at 2:30 PM and were explicitly told that we weren't supposed to check in until 3:00 PM, but luckily we were helped and our room was already ready. Our arrival could have been a bit more friendly.

Tre timmar från Skåne ligger denna pärla, mitt på huvudgatan i Burg. Trevligt bemötande från incheck till utcheck. Stora och bekväma rum. Lätt att hitta parkering och med en frukost som ger god energi att fortsätta dagen. Ett hotell, jag verkligen rekommenderar. Tack för en fin vistelse!

You must check in before 10pm. I arrived late and only got in by sheer luck. With my flight to Hamburg I could not have arrived any earlier. Basic but clean and functional room. Good breakfast. Very friendly staff.
