A cozy hotel in a central location. We received a very warm welcome and were well looked after throughout our stay.

The breakfast is very generous with something for everyone. Several good restaurants are within walking distance; reservations weren't necessary in January. We highly recommend Käppen Plambeck and Anno 1800, but reservations are advisable for these two restaurants.

Our room was very comfortable and a good size (comfort room), the bed was comfortable, and we slept well. Although the room faced a main road, it was quiet at night.

Thank you for the lovely stay; we will definitely return to Heiligenhafen!

A small but charming hotel in a superb central location. Parking is available directly across the street.

The rooms, or rather the building itself, date back to the 19th century, and the rooms could use some updating, which is being done gradually.

The service, for example during the generous breakfast, was excellent!

Overall, this hotel is highly recommended, as you're just 100 meters from the harbor, the service is superb, and the rooms are perfectly adequate for a short stay!

We stayed as a family for two nights in a family suite and received a warm welcome. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the marina. Very comfortable beds and a good breakfast. Free parking and friendly staff with good language skills.

Very nice, picturesque hotel with nice rooms and excellent breakfast.
The staff is extremely friendly.
Parking spaces are available near the hotel.
The hotel is run by a very nice older couple.
Very accommodating & very friendly.

The hotel is also in a great location near the harbor.
We would definitely like to come back.☺️

Very nice small hotell in the centre of Heiligenhafen. Rather old building where everything was nice and clean. Rather small room but very good value for money. Free parking. Nice and friendly staff and the breakfast was super. Higly recommended.

On our tour back home to Sweden it was a pleasure to get the last night sleep at Hotel Stadt Hamburg. The warm welcome, quiet rooms and lovely breakfast. Best of all was the fantastic support given to celebrate my wifes birhtday - THANK YOU!!

this hotel is in the centre of Heiligenhafen and you have walking distance to all there is to enjoy. Rooms are very comfortable with good beds, we enjoyed a room with balcony overlooking the harbour.
Breakfast is standard, nothing special but you find what you need, with some scramble eggs, bacon and salmon.
The staff is very helpful and an extra pillow isn’t a problem.
They need to be more updated on what’s going on in the town, we almost missed the Christmas Market when we asked and was informed “next week”, still the market was there and we really enjoyed it.
We recommend this Hotel 😀👍
