A super nice place, since 2019 after our first vacation here we feel very comfortable again and again. Swim in the pool in the morning, take a sauna in the house and even jump into the Baltic Sea in autumn

The sink in the bathroom is perhaps a bit small, but otherwise everything is fine. The food is really good and the breakfast is varied. There is a 3-course menu every evening (costs around €32)

The hotel has a truly fantastic view over the Baltic Sea. The roof terrace is a dream! We will definitely come back!

We stayed here for a week and were very satisfied with our room with a terrace and sea view. Yes, some of the furniture is showing its age, but that easily makes up for the great location and the sea view

Nice restaurant location, food and service. But at first they said I couldn’t pay with credit card (even though it wasn’t a small amount). Then it was possible after all, but I had to pay a 4€ fee for it

Steg 1 review: food was OK but nothing special. Be aware that you can only pay with EC (German debit card) or cash. As a foreign tourist this is challenging

Clean rooms, good shower, hotel right on the beach. No aircondition but we were lucky that it was cool in the night so we could open the windows

Was told by one member of staff that they had a sauna that was open same time as the pool, but on the first time of trying to find it was informed that it didn’t open until 12:30. Strange opening times in my opinion

The hotel needs a bit of updating. Clean and comfy but getting a bit tired. First impressions are always at check-in, unfortunately not my best experience. Staff not the most polite and information was at a minimum

Advertised as a spa hotel, yes they have a spa but unfortunately it doesn’t open until 14:00( the pool opens at 8:00)No information about this on booking

Sauna area has 3 different temperatures. Bar and Restaurant has outside terrace facing the beach. Couple of kilometers long beach coastline. Stand up boards as well as seated paddle boats for rent

There was also a bike rental less than 5 minutes from the hotel, which was very convenient. You could park for €15 in the hotel's own parking garage. We were very satisfied, we would love to come back! :)

The hotel offers free access to the water park, which is great for kids. The rooms are a bit small and not very spacious. There's a diving facility nearby, but it's only open Wednesday through Sunday

A lot of gift stores and places to eat. Restaurant was excellent, staff was excellent location is 6 stars. Live music, parking and very pleasant air. Pool area has something for the entire family

Beach cabins for 2 along the coastline. What more can I say, its worth the trip. Hope you enjoy it more than I did. Would have given 6 stars if it was available

The room was very nice, with a view of the sea. I really enjoyed the wellness on the first day. I went to the restaurant and ate schnitzel, which was also very good.

-Spa: Saunas with a great view, but unfortunately completely without charm, not enough loungers, water is served in containers that are far too small and are always empty

You sit with a great view of the sea, but more like in a dining room. -Spa: friendly staff, but overworked. According to the staff, the peeling could not be warmed up because it was done "unexpectedly"

True 5-star service is defined by the details, but here it fell short multiple times, giving you some examples: Lack of Premium Comfort: When guests sit outside on an opened terrace during windy but sunny weather and ask for a blanket, a 5-star hotel absolutely must have one available to ensure their comfort

While it was great that staff took our luggage, simply dumping all suitcases into a single room instead of separating them by guest rooms is not 5-star standard

They didn’t let me get in before 3pm and they fail to Book halbe Pension (breakfast and dinner) for the day after, so I was thrown out of the restaurant when I wanted to have dinner
